摘要: 臺(tái)州方遠(yuǎn)大飯店主樓 4 ~ 6 層立面開雙洞,洞口凈寬分別為 35m 和 13m,凈高均為 12m,采用新型型鋼混凝土組合桁架實(shí)現(xiàn)洞口跨越構(gòu)成整體連體結(jié)構(gòu)。 針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn),闡述了結(jié)構(gòu)薄弱部位與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。探討了連體結(jié)構(gòu)選型、托柱轉(zhuǎn)換組合桁架及長(zhǎng)懸挑組合桁架的選用類型。 歸納了罕遇地震下整體結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)與關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的損傷情況。 論述了轉(zhuǎn)換桁架支承柱及連接節(jié)點(diǎn)等關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件與節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)。 開展了罕遇地震下連體樓板地震應(yīng)力分析與連體結(jié)構(gòu)施工模擬專項(xiàng)分析。 分析了超長(zhǎng)連體結(jié)構(gòu)溫差效應(yīng),采用了新型誘導(dǎo)縫等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)來減弱溫差效應(yīng)。 目前項(xiàng)目已交付使用,滿足建筑造型及使用功能要求,驗(yàn)證了分析研究及設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)策的可行性。

Structural design and key technology of double-hole connected complex structure ofTaizhou Fangyuan Hotel

Abstract: The main building of Taizhou Fangyuan Hotel has double holes on the façade of the 4th to 6th floors. The netwidth of double holes is 35m and 13m respectively, and the net height are both 12m. The new type steel reinforced concretecomposite trusses are used to realize the span of the openings to form an integral connecting structure. In view of thestructural characteristics and difficulties of the project, the weak parts and key technologies of the structure wereexpounded. The selection of connected structure, column transfer composite truss and long cantilever composite truss werediscussed. The index of overall structure and the damage of key structural components under rare earthquake weresummarized. The design of key components and joints such as the supporting columns and connecting joints of the transfertruss was described. the seismic stress analysis of conjoined slabs under rare earthquake and special analysis of constructionsimulation of connected structure were conducted. The temperature effect of ultra-long connected structure was analyzed andkey technologies such as new inducing joint were used to reduce temperature effect. At present the project has been put intouse and it meets the requirements of architectural modeling and use function, which verifies the feasibility of analysis anddesign countermeasures.
