摘要: 宿遷京東智慧城超高層辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度 156.5m. 針對(duì)塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)體系制定了 7 種框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)方案,分別是混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)方案、混合結(jié)構(gòu)方案與 5 種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)方案,5 種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)方案核心筒的抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件分別包含屈曲約束支撐、偏心支撐、交叉中心支撐、加勁鋼板墻、黏滯阻尼墻. 對(duì) 7 種結(jié)構(gòu)在風(fēng)荷載、地震作用下的整體計(jì)算指標(biāo)以及工程造價(jià)進(jìn)行對(duì)比. 分析結(jié)果表明:中震作用下,混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)方案與混合結(jié)構(gòu)方案核心筒混凝土名義拉應(yīng)力過大?單斜桿布置形式的屈曲約束支撐或偏心支撐核心筒,因結(jié)構(gòu)側(cè)向剛度有限,層間位移角難以滿足規(guī)范要求?交叉中心支撐或加勁鋼板墻均可有效提高結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)剛度,加勁鋼板墻延性較好,且無中心支撐循環(huán)荷載作用下的承載力退化現(xiàn)象?加勁鋼板墻與黏滯阻尼墻組合核心筒,可為結(jié)構(gòu)提供附加阻尼,降低地震動(dòng)力響應(yīng)與提升建筑整體品質(zhì).經(jīng)技術(shù)性與經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析,最終結(jié)構(gòu)體系采用鋼管混凝土框架-加勁鋼板墻與黏滯阻尼墻組合核心筒.

Structural system selection of super high-rise office building of Jingdong Wisdom City in Suqian City

Abstract: Super high-rise office building of Jingdong Wisdom City in Suqian City has a structural height of 156.5m. Forthe tower structure system, 7 kinds of frame-core tube structure schemes were formulated, namely concrete structurescheme, hybrid structure scheme, and 5 kinds of steel structure schemes. The lateral force-resistant members of the coretube of the 5 kinds of steel structure schemes contain buckling restrained brace, eccentric brace, cross center brace,stiffened steel plate wall, viscous damping wall. The overall calculation index and project cost of 7 kinds of structures underthe action of wind load and earthquake were compared. The analysis results show that: under moderate earthquake, thenominal tensile stress of the core tube concrete of the concrete structure scheme and the hybrid structure scheme is toolarge. For the buckling restrainted brace or eccentric bracing core tube in the form of single inclined rod arrangement, dueto the limited lateral stiffness of the structure, the inter-story displacement angle is difficult to meet the requirements of thespecification. Cross center brace and stiffened steel wall can effectively improve the lateral stiffness of the structure, and theductility performance of the stiffened steel plate wall is better, and there is no bearing capacity degradation phenomenonunder cyclic load compared with centric brace. The combined core tube of the stiffened steel plate wall and the viscousdamping wall can provide additional damping for the structure, reduce the seismic dynamic response and improve the overallquality of the building. After technical and economical analysis, the final structural system adopts the concrete-fill steeltubular frame-stiffened steel plate wall and viscous damping wall combined core tube.
