蘇州桑田島地鐵上蓋超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)分析

摘要: 蘇州桑田島地鐵上蓋超限高層采用全框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 簡(jiǎn)要介紹其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),并根據(jù)其超限情況,確定了結(jié)構(gòu)性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)及超限設(shè)計(jì)措施. 詳細(xì)介紹了全框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系控制指標(biāo)及大底盤多塔、樓板溫度應(yīng)力、樁基、框支框架、轉(zhuǎn)換剪力墻等關(guān)鍵性部位及構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)過程和控制性要點(diǎn). 分析結(jié)果表明,需要通過合理的性能化設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到“強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)、弱上部”、“強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)換、弱上部”的性能目標(biāo)?箱式轉(zhuǎn)換較梁式轉(zhuǎn)換更適用于轉(zhuǎn)換層數(shù)較高、高寬比較大的地鐵上蓋項(xiàng)目. 通過合理設(shè)計(jì),全框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系可作為適用于地鐵上蓋開發(fā)的一種結(jié)構(gòu)體系.

Structural analysis and design of upper cover of Suzhou Sangtian Island subway

Abstract: The full frame supported shear wall structure system was adopted for the out of limit high-rise of the upper coverof Suzhou Sangtian Island subway. Structural characteristics and design points were introduced briefly, and the structuralperformance design objectives and out of limit design measures were determined according to its out of limit situation. Thecontrol index of the full frame supported shear wall structure system, the design process and control points of key parts andcomponents such as large chassis multi tower, floor temperature stress, pile foundation, frame supported frame and transfershear wall were introduced in detail. The analysis results show that the performance objectives of “strong foundation, weakupper part”, “ strong transformation and weak upper part” need to be achieved through reasonable performance-baseddesign. The box type transfer is more suitable for the subway upper cover project with high transfer floors and large heightwidth ratio than the beam type transfer. Through reasonable design, the full frame supported shear wall structure system canbe a suitable structural system for the development of subway upper cover.
