摘要: 上虞體育會展區(qū)體育場建筑高度約 33. 8m,屋面懸挑罩棚呈橢圓環(huán)形,長軸約 223m,短軸約 194m,設計為立體鋼管桁架結構體系,下部采用鋼筋混凝土框架結構體系。 對混凝土結構及鋼罩棚的整體設計及幾個關鍵方面進行了整理分析,主要介紹了結構體系、K 形框架、Y 形柱、鋼罩棚整體穩(wěn)定性、支座選取等內容,并采用非線性有限元軟件建立實體單元模型對受力復雜的關鍵 K 形框架節(jié)點和鋼支座處焊接空心球節(jié)點進行分析。 分析結果表明,結構整體設計合理,各項性能指標均能滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of a ring stadium with large-cantilevered canopy

Abstract:The architectural height of the stadium in Shangyu Sports Exhibition Area is about 33. 8m. Its cantilevered roofcanopy is oval ring, with the long axis of about 223m and the short axis of about 194m. The roof canopy adopts threedimensional steel pipe truss structural systemand, the sub-structure adopts steel concrete frame structural system. Theoverall design and several key aspects of the concrete structure and steel canopy were sorted out and analyzed, including thestructural system, K-shaped frame, Y-shaped column, overall stability of the steel canopy, support selection, etc. And thenonlinear finite element software was used to establish a solid element model to analyze the key K-shaped frame joints andthe welded hollow spherical joints at the steel supports with complex forces. The analysis results show that the overall designof the structure is reasonable, and each performance index can meet the requirements of the specification.
