摘 要

摘要: 浙江省全民健身中心建筑高度 61m,為垂直疊加多種功能、大空間豎向疊合的體育健身場(chǎng)館,采用鋼框架(鋼桁架) -混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),均勻分布的剪力墻形成了主要抗側(cè)力體系,大跨度運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)館的重力荷載通過鋼管混凝土柱傳至基礎(chǔ)。 采用 YJK、ETABS 及 MIDAS Gen 軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)整體指標(biāo)、重要桁架內(nèi)力和變形進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,三者計(jì)算結(jié)果一致、可信。 介紹了大跨度運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)館的舒適度設(shè)計(jì)及加強(qiáng)措施,通過施工模擬分析研究了大跨度轉(zhuǎn)換桁架的受力情況和結(jié)構(gòu)在各種作用下的工作性能,并對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了有限元應(yīng)力分析。 計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,采用 TMD 能較好地控制結(jié)構(gòu)豎向振動(dòng)加速度;通過在板件連接部位設(shè)置適當(dāng)?shù)募觿爬?可以有效地緩解應(yīng)力集中,控制應(yīng)力水平;結(jié)構(gòu)傳力途徑直接、明確,結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理、安全可靠。

Structural design of Zhejiang National Fitness Center

Abstract: The building height of Zhejiang National Fitness Center is 61m. It is a sports and fitness venue that verticallysuperimposes multiple functions and large spaces vertically stacked. It adopts a steel frame ( steel truss) -concrete shearwall structure, and the uniformly distributed shear walls form the main lateral force resistance system. The gravity load ofthe large-span sports venue is transmitted to the foundation through the concrete-filled steel tubular column. YJK, ETABSand MIDAS Gen programs were used to compare and analyze the structural overall indexes, internal forces and deformationsof important trusses, and the calculation results from the three programs are consistent and credible. The comfortablenessdesign and strengthening measures of the large-span sports venue were introduced, and the stress conditions of the largespan transfer truss and the working performance of the structure under various actions were studied through constructionsimulation analysis, and the finite element stress analysis of the nodes was carried out. The calculation results show that thevertical vibration acceleration of the structure can be well controlled by using TMD; the stress concentration can beeffectively relieved and the stress level can be controlled by setting appropriate stiffeners at the connection parts of theplates; the structural force transmission path is direct and clear, and the structural system reasonable, safe and reliable.
