摘要: OPPO 全球移動終端研發(fā)總部建筑造型為 O 型環(huán)向曲面,塔樓南北高差較大,建筑高度相差近 149m。 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計難點在于核心筒剪力墻的設(shè)置、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)的處理、風(fēng)荷載的確定等。 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計時,采用 YJK 和 ETABS兩種軟件對整體結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震作用下進行彈性計算分析;采用 Paco-Sap 軟件進行大震彈塑性計算分析,模擬極端災(zāi)害下的構(gòu)件損傷,針對性地對目標(biāo)構(gòu)件采取相應(yīng)的抗震加強措施。 結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)滿足規(guī)范及超限審查要求,并滿足預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標(biāo)要求,整體結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。

Structural design of OPPO Global Mobile Terminal Research and Development Headquarters

Abstract: The architectural shape of OPPO Global Mobile Terminal Research and Development Headquarters is anO-shaped annular surface. The height difference between the north and south of the tower is large, and the difference inbuilding height is nearly 149m. The difficulties in structural design lie in the setting of the core tube shear wall, thetreatment of discontinuous vertical members, and the determination of wind loads. When designing the structure, twosoftwares, YJK and ETABS, were used to calculate and analyze the elasticity of the whole structure under the action offrequent earthquakes. Paco-Sap software was applied to conduct elastoplastic analyzing under rare earthquake, to mimicmember damage in extreme disaster, and take corresponding seismic strengthening measures for target components. Theresults show that the structure meets the requirements of the code and the over-limit review, and meets the preset seismicperformance target requirements, and the overall structure is safe and reliable.
