摘要: 浙江智慧之門是總高度為 280m 的雙塔超高層,是杭州標(biāo)志性建筑之一。 對混凝土核心筒+巨柱框架+鋼斜撐結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了重力和風(fēng)荷載作用下受力分析;研究了結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下動力特性及巨柱斜撐外框架受力特點(diǎn);介紹了巨柱斜撐外框關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)受力分析及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計;另外通過塔樓全過程施工模擬,分析了墻柱混凝土收縮徐變對鋼巨柱及斜撐內(nèi)力的影響,提出構(gòu)件設(shè)計中應(yīng)力比應(yīng)留有足夠余量以確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全。

Analysis and design of super high-rise concrete core tube and giant column steeldiagonal bracing structure system of Zhejiang Wisdom Gate

Abstract: Zhejiang Wisdom Gate is the super high-rise twin-tower with a total height of 280m, and it is one of thelandmark buildings in Hangzhou. The stress analysis of concrete corewall + giant column frame + steel diagonal bracestructure was carried out under gravity and wind load; the dynamic characteristics of the structure under earthquake and themechanical characteristics of the giant column diagonal braced outer frame were studied; the stress analysis and structuraldesign of the key joints of the giant column diagonal braced outer frame were introduced; in addition, through thesimulation of the whole process of tower construction, the influence of concrete shrinkage and creep of wall column on theinternal force of steel giant column and diagonal brace was analyzed, and it puts forward that sufficient safety margin shouldbe considered in the stress ratio in the component design to ensure the structural safety.
