摘要: 鋼板混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)是一種新型組合結(jié)構(gòu),為研究其面外受剪承載力影響因素的變化規(guī)律,比較了中國(guó)規(guī)范、美國(guó)規(guī)范和日本規(guī)范對(duì)于鋼板混凝土構(gòu)件面外受剪承載力計(jì)算方法的差異。 以某核電工程中的鋼板混凝土墻體為例,比較了中美日規(guī)范對(duì)于面外受剪承載力隨對(duì)拉抗剪件配筋率的變化規(guī)律。 利用中美日規(guī)范的不同計(jì)算方法,分別對(duì)不同參數(shù)下的鋼板混凝土試驗(yàn)試件的面外受剪承載力進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果做了對(duì)比,評(píng)價(jià)了中美日規(guī)范面外受剪承載力設(shè)計(jì)公式的可靠性。 結(jié)果表明:中美規(guī)范計(jì)算出的承載力可以很好地包絡(luò)所有的試件結(jié)果,保證率高。 日本規(guī)范可以包絡(luò)大多數(shù)鋼板混凝土試件結(jié)果,但對(duì)部分無(wú)拉筋和少拉筋試件的計(jì)算偏于不安全。總體來(lái)看,中國(guó)規(guī)范的受剪承載力計(jì)算公式相對(duì)保守。 中美日現(xiàn)行規(guī)范均無(wú)法直接驗(yàn)算只設(shè)置對(duì)拉抗剪件鋼板混凝土構(gòu)件的面外受剪承載力,建議對(duì)只設(shè)置對(duì)拉抗剪件而無(wú)栓釘構(gòu)件的受剪承載力采用拉剪復(fù)合受力下的折算應(yīng)力來(lái)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算。

Calculation and comparison on out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of steel plate concrete component using Chinese,American,Japanese codes for nuclear facilities

Abstract:Steel plate concrete structure is a new type of composite structure. In order to study the variation of the influencing factors of its out-of-plane shear bearing capacity, comparison of Chinese code, American code and Japanese code for steel plate concrete components in the calculation method of out-of-plane shear bearing capacity was conducted. Taking the steel plate concrete wall in a nuclear power plant as an example, the variation of the out-of-plane shear bearing capacity with the reinforcement ratio of the connecting shear component using Chinese, American and Japanese code was compared. The out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of steel plate concrete test specimens in various countries was calculated using the Chinese, American and Japanese codes, and compared with the test results. The reliability of the design formula for the out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of the Chinese, American and Japanese codes was evaluated. The results show that the shear bearing capacity calculated by the Chinses and American code can well envelop all the test results and ensure a high guarantee rate. The Japanese code can envelop most steel plate concrete specimen results, but the calculation of some specimens, which lack of tie bars is unsafe. Overall, shear bearing capacity calculation formula in Chinses code is relatively conservative. The current Chinese code, American code and Japanese code cannot directly calculate the out-of-plane shear bearing capacity of the steel plate concrete components that are only set for connecting shear component, and it is recommended that the shear bearing capacity of the component with connecting shear component and without studs inside should be calculated by using the converted stress under the shear composite force.
