摘要: 為研究半灌漿鑄造套筒在二次補漿影響下的鋼筋連接性能,對 18 個半灌漿鑄造套筒接頭試件進(jìn)行單軸拉伸試驗研究。 將二次補漿量和鋼筋直徑作為主要試驗參數(shù),對半灌漿套筒連接接頭的失效形式、抗拉性能、套筒外表面應(yīng)變分布形式以及套筒內(nèi)灌漿料的損傷深度進(jìn)行研究。 分析結(jié)果表明,試件在拉伸荷載作用下的破壞形式均為鋼筋被拉斷;螺紋與灌漿料交界處是整個套筒軸向應(yīng)變和環(huán)向應(yīng)變最大的位置;在荷載作用下端部灌漿料具有一定程度的損傷,平均損傷深度約占套筒總長度的 7. 58%;二次補漿對試件的極限承載能力影響可以忽略。 采用屈服比、強(qiáng)度比和延性比三種指標(biāo)對接頭的連接性能進(jìn)行評價,結(jié)果表明,所有試件均滿足規(guī)范要求,連接性能良好。

Experimental study on grouting connection performance of steel half-grouted casting sleeve considering the influence of secondary grouting

Abstract: In order to study the reinforcement connection performance of half-grouted casting sleeve under the influence of secondary grouting, uniaxial tensile tests were carried out on 18 half-grouted casting sleeve connection specimens. Taking secondary grouting amount and rebar diameter as the main test parameters, the failure modes, tensile performance, strain distribution of the outer surface of the sleeve and the damage depth of the grouting material in the sleeve were studied. The analysis results show that the failure mode of the specimens under the action of tensile load are that the rebar is tensile failure; the junction of the thread and the grouting material is the position where the axial strain and hoop strain of the entire sleeve are the largest; under the action of the load, the grouting material at the end of the sleeve has a certain degree of damage, and the average damage depth is about 7. 58% of the total sleeve length. The influence of secondary grouting on the bearing capacity of specimens can be neglected. The yield ratio, strength ratio and ductility ratio were used to evaluatethe connection performance of splices. The results show that all the specimens meet the specification requirements and theconnection performance is good.
