超高層連體分叉核心筒整體提升鋼平臺(tái)模架 體系研究

摘要: 整體提升鋼平臺(tái)模架體系以其封閉性好、安全性高、承載能力強(qiáng)、施工速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn),越來越多地應(yīng)用于超高層結(jié)構(gòu)核心筒的建造中。 以吳江綠地中心超高層分叉核心筒鋼平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)為例,針對鋼平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,系統(tǒng)闡述了鋼平臺(tái)分體及組合設(shè)計(jì)理念。 在完成鋼平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)的同時(shí),利用有限元軟件分別在正常工作狀態(tài)下和爬升狀態(tài)下對鋼平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算,包括對整體結(jié)構(gòu)及薄弱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元計(jì)算分析。 計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:正常工作狀態(tài)下,鋼平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的最大水平位移能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。 爬升工作狀態(tài)下,鋼平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的最大水平位移、牛腿結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力均滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,說明鋼平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理安全,可以滿足連體分叉核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)的施工需要。

Abstract: With the advantages of good sealing, high safety, strong bearing capacity and fast construction speed, overalllifting steel platform formwork system is more and more used in the construction of core tube of super high?rise structure.Based on the structural design of super high?rise bifurcation core tube steel platform in Wujiang Green Space Center, the key points in the structural design of steel platform were analyzed, the design concept of split and composite structure of steel platform was expounded systematically. The design of steel platform was completed, the finite element calculation analysis of its overall structure and weak points were carried out under normal working conditions and the climbing working state. The results of calculation show that under normal working conditions, the maximum horizontal displacement of the steel platform structure can meet the design requirements. Under the climbing working state, the maximum horizontal displacement response of the steel platform structure and the von Mises effective stress in the local compression zone of the corbel structure can meet the design requirements. The safety and the rationality of the steel platform were verified. It can meet the construction needs of the conjoined?bifurcated core tube structure.
