帶穿層柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的若干問(wèn)題探討及建議

摘要: 結(jié)合帶穿層柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn),分析了目前計(jì)算帶穿層柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)的樓層側(cè)向剛度、樓層受剪承載力比、扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比時(shí)存在的問(wèn)題,并給出了計(jì)算分析建議與方法。 提出一種穿層柱高度范圍內(nèi)等效側(cè)向剛度計(jì)算方法,解決了因夾層難以量化定義而帶來(lái)的層側(cè)向剛度比計(jì)算問(wèn)題。 以一中間樓層帶穿層柱的 12 層框架結(jié)構(gòu)為例,對(duì)水平荷載作用下的帶穿層柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)傳力路徑進(jìn)行分析。 結(jié)果表明,穿層柱和非穿層柱在穿層柱頂、底樓蓋位置均存在剪力突變,該位置樓板起到傳遞水平力作用。 分析了不同梁板缺失范圍對(duì)帶穿層柱框架結(jié)構(gòu)的樓層側(cè)向剛度比、扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比、樓層受剪承載力比值的影響。 結(jié)果表明,隨著梁板缺失范圍增加,層概念軟件默認(rèn)算法的誤差越大,會(huì)誤判結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)規(guī)則性、豎向規(guī)則性,建議按照本文建議方法復(fù)核。

Discussion and suggestion on several issues about structural design of frame structures with

cross?story column

Abstract: Combined with the characteristics of frame structures with cross?story columns, the problems existing in the calculation of lateral stiffness ratio, story shear capacity ratio and torsional displacement ratio were analyzed, and the suggestions and methods for calculation and analysis were given. A method for calculating the equivalent lateral stiffness within height range of cross?story column was proposed to solve the calculation problem of story lateral stiffness ratio caused by the difficulty of quantifying the definition of mezzanine. Taking a 12?story frame structure with cross?story columns in the middle floor as an example, the load path of the frame structure with cross?story columns under the action of horizontal load was analyzed. The results show that both the cross?story column and the frame column have shear mutation at the location of top and bottom floors of the cross?story column, and the floor plays the role of horizontal load path at this position. The effects of different beam?slab missing ranges on the story lateral stiffness ratio, torsional displacement ratio, and story shear bearing capacity ratio of the frame structure with cross?story columns were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the beam?slab missing ranges, the error of the default algorithm of story concept software becomes larger, which will misjudge the torsional regularity and vertical regularity of the structure. It is suggested to check the structure according to the proposed method in this paper.
