摘要: 已建地下室的綜合館因上部建筑方案變更后現(xiàn)設(shè)計為西安曲江電競中心,原綜合館僅地下室施工完成,考慮已建結(jié)構(gòu)的特點、施工工期等因素,上部結(jié)構(gòu)方案經(jīng)比選后選用混凝土柱+鋼梁的混合框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。 混凝土柱與鋼梁之間采用改進(jìn)的柱貫通梁組合節(jié)點形式,并采用有限元軟件進(jìn)行抗震性能分析。 結(jié)果表明:改進(jìn)的柱貫通梁組合節(jié)點極限位移角為 1 / 40,變形能力較好;混凝土柱與環(huán)加勁板、鋼梁的剛度相差較大,加載后期,核心區(qū)混凝土損傷嚴(yán)重,因而結(jié)構(gòu)耗能能力一般。 在原地下室框架柱上部通過布置搖擺柱來解決新增混凝土柱的彎矩傳遞和無法植筋問題,給出了搖擺柱的上部和柱腳節(jié)點做法。 對局部樓板大開洞區(qū)域進(jìn)行應(yīng)力對比分析,設(shè)置連接板帶來保證樓板的水平力傳遞;在原地下室上部新增混凝土柱時,通過對原地下室框架柱增大截面后在其周圍植筋,保證豎向荷載的傳遞。

Reconstruction design of Xi’ an Qujiang E-sports Center

Abstract: The comprehensive hall of the built basement is now designed as Xi’ an Qujiang E-sports Center after the change of the upper building scheme. The original comprehensive hall is only completed in the basement construction, considering the characteristics of the built structure, the construction period and other factors, the upper structure scheme was selected as the hybrid frame structure system of concrete columns & steel beams after comparison and selection. The modified column through beam composite joint form was adopted between the concrete column and the steel beam, and the seismic performance analysis was carried out by finite element software. The results show that the limit displacement angle of the modified column through beam composite joint is 1 / 40, and the deformation ability is better. The stiffness of the concrete column and the ring stiffener plate and steel beam is quite different, and the concrete damage in the core area is serious in the late loading period. So the structural energy consumption capacity is average. In the upper part of the original basement frame column, the bending moment transmission and non-reinforcement problem of the new concrete column were solved by arranging the swing column. And the upper part and the column foot node of the swing column method were given. The stress comparison analysis was carried out on the large opening area of the local floor slab. The setting of the connecting plate ensured the horizontal force transmission of the floor slab. When the concrete column was added in the upper part of the original basement, the vertical load was guaranteed by increasing the cross-section of the original basement frame column and planting ribs around it.
