地裂縫等多重因素影響下西安火車站東配樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 受場地條件限制,西安火車站改擴(kuò)建工程中新建東配樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)需要考慮多重因素的影響,如避讓地裂縫、地鐵上蓋建筑、施工組織等。 在逐個(gè)分析各因素并提出結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)對措施的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了結(jié)構(gòu)體系,劃分了結(jié)構(gòu)單元。 其中,充分考慮地裂縫及地鐵的影響,采取基礎(chǔ)主動(dòng)避讓地裂縫的做法,利用地下室斜撐及懸挑桁架的結(jié)構(gòu)措施實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑功能和造型要求;在地鐵下穿隧道上方布置轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件以避免上蓋建筑和地鐵隧道產(chǎn)生不利影響,并提出施工期間對隧道的保護(hù)措施。 通過對上部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體計(jì)算分析,懸挑桁架穩(wěn)定分析、轉(zhuǎn)換梁及桁架承載力計(jì)算、鋼屋蓋和外廊柱計(jì)算,樓板應(yīng)力分析等,驗(yàn)證了各結(jié)構(gòu)單元的可行性和合理性,節(jié)點(diǎn)做法上實(shí)現(xiàn)了概念設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算假定的統(tǒng)一。

Structural design of Xi’ an Railway Station east annex building affected bymultiple factors such as ground fissures

Abstract: Limited by site conditions, multiple factors need to be considered in the structural design of the new east annex building in the reconstruction and expansion project of Xi’ an Railway Station, such as ground fissures avoidance, building above the subway, construction organization, etc. On the basis of analyzing each factor one by one and putting forward structural countermeasures, the structural system was established and the structural units were divided. Among them, fully considering the influence of ground fissures and subway, the practice of actively ground fissures avoidance was adopted, and the structural measures of basement diagonal bracing and cantilever truss were used to realize the building function and modeling requirements. The transfer members were arranged above the subway underpass tunnel to avoid adverse effects between the superstructure and the subway tunnel, and the tunnel protection measures were proposed during construction.  Through the overall calculation and analysis of the superstructure, the stability analysis of cantilever truss, the bearing capacity calculation of transfer beam and truss, the calculation of steel roof and outside corridor columns, and the floor stress analysis, the feasibility and rationality of each structural unit were verified, and the joint methods realizes the unity of the conceptual design and calculation assumptions.
