某三塔多位 L 形大跨連體高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震超限設(shè)計

摘要: 陜西燃?xì)猱a(chǎn)業(yè)研發(fā)與孵化基地 AB 座辦公樓標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層為呈 L 形布置的 3 個塔樓,通過 5 處連接體連為一個整體,有 2 處連接體樓層錯位交叉布置,平面凹凸尺寸達(dá)到 72%,存在凹凸不規(guī)則,樓板不連續(xù),局部不規(guī)則、連體等 4項不規(guī)則,屬于大跨度復(fù)雜連體高層結(jié)構(gòu)。 連接體與主體結(jié)構(gòu)均采用剛性連接方案。 對抗震超限設(shè)計中的抗震超限分析的設(shè)防參數(shù)、性能目標(biāo)、計算參數(shù)、加強措施等問題進行探討,對多遇地震作用下的振動形態(tài)、罕遇地震作用彈塑性靜力推覆分析和樓板應(yīng)力分析等進行介紹,并對連體結(jié)構(gòu)建模分析存在的問題進行研究。 結(jié)果表明:整體結(jié)構(gòu)剛度布置合理、振動形態(tài)好;罕遇地震作用下,核心筒外圍底部剪力墻首先破壞,剪力墻整體破壞程度明顯高于框架破壞程度;核心筒附近樓板應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象較為明顯;高階振型中,存在非連接體樓層塔樓各自振動的形態(tài),對各項統(tǒng)計指標(biāo)均存在一定的影響。

Seismic out-of-code design of a multi-position L-shaped large-span conjoined high-rise

building with three towers

Abstract: Shaanxi Gas Industry R&D and Incubation Base AB office building standard floor is 3 towers arranged in an L shape, connected as a whole by 5 connectors. Two connectors are arranged in a staggered and crossed floor, and the plane concave and convex size reaches 72%. There are four irregularities, including uneven irregularities, discontinuous floor slabs, local irregularities, and conjoined pieces, which belong to a large-span complex conjoined high-rise structure. Both the connector and the main structure adopt a rigid connection scheme. The fortification parameters, performance objectives, calculation parameters, strengthening measures and other issues of the seismic out-of-code analysis in the seismic out-of-code design were discussed. The vibration pattern under the action of frequent earthquakes, the elastoplastic static pushover analysis under the action of rare earthquakes and the floor stress analysis were introduced. And the problems existing in the modeling and analysis of the connected structure were studied. The results show that: the overall structural stiffness is reasonable and the vibration pattern is good. Under the action of rare earthquake, the shear wall at the bottom of the core tube is first damaged, and the overall damage degree of the shear wall is significantly higher than that of the frame. The stress concentration phenomenon of the floor near the core tube is relatively high obviously. In the high-order mode shapes, there are different vibration forms of the towers of the non-connector floors, which have a certain impact on various statistical indicators.
