西安環(huán)球貿(mào)易中心 1#樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與分析

摘要: 西安環(huán)球貿(mào)易中心 1#樓,建筑總高度 299. 75m,采用框架-核心筒-帶加強層組合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,是具有扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板局部不連續(xù)、豎向剛度突變等不規(guī)則項的超 B 級高度的高層建筑。 為了提高結(jié)構(gòu)剛度,沿建筑物高度均勻設(shè)置了 3 道伸臂桁架加強層,未配套采用環(huán)桁架。 根據(jù)規(guī)范要求,采用兩種不同力學(xué)模型軟件 SATWE 和 MIDAS Building,進(jìn)行了小震彈性對比分析;采用 MIDAS Building 進(jìn)行了小震彈性時程分析。 并根據(jù)設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo),對主體結(jié)構(gòu)主要部位和關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了性能化設(shè)計。 根據(jù)本項目的特殊性,結(jié)合規(guī)范要求,進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的動力彈塑性時程分析。 計算和分析結(jié)果表明,各項指標(biāo)均符合設(shè)計要求,結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件均能夠達(dá)到預(yù)設(shè)性能目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)體系合理,安全可靠。

Structural design and analysis of 1# building of Xi’ an Global Trade Center

Abstract:1# building of Xi ’ an Global Trade Center, with a total building height of 299. 75m, adopts a frame-core tube-strengthened layer composite structure system, and is a super B-level high-rise building with irregular items such as torsional irregularity, partial discontinuity of floor slab and sudden change in vertical stiffness. In order to improve the rigidity of the structure, three outrigger truss reinforcement layers are evenly set along the height of the building, and ring trusses are not used. According to the requirements of the code, two softwares with different mechanical model SATWE and MIDAS Building were used to carry out comparative analysis under the action of small earthquakes; and MIDAS Building was used to carry out the elastic time history analysis under the action of small earthquakes. According to the set seismic performance target, the performance-based design of the main parts and key components of the main structure was carried out. According to the particularity of this project, combined with the requirements of the code, the dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis under the action of rare earthquake was carried out. The calculation and analysis results show that all the indicators meet the design requirements, the structure and components can achieve the preset performance targets, the structure system is reasonable, safe and reliable.
