摘要: 漢皇祖陵祭祀明臺(tái)為一座根祖祭祀的漢文化建筑,為一層臺(tái)基上托著上大下小的方斗形建筑,方斗形建筑由四周外斜墻和頂部圓形構(gòu)件組成。 針對(duì)該文化建筑的造型特點(diǎn),結(jié)構(gòu)方案采用下部臺(tái)基混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)+上部外斜鋼柱-雙向空間鋼桁架的混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并在設(shè)計(jì)中采用多種結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算程序?qū)ζ溥M(jìn)行計(jì)算分析。 采用3D3S 和 MIDAS Gen 軟件計(jì)算上部外斜鋼柱-雙向空間鋼桁架,采用 PKPM 軟件計(jì)算下部臺(tái)基混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),采用 MIDAS Gen 軟件對(duì)下部臺(tái)基混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)+上部外斜鋼柱-雙向空間鋼桁架的混合結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體分析,采用 MIDAS FFA 對(duì)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行應(yīng)力分析。 通過(guò)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)方案對(duì)比選型、結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算、混凝土與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)之間的連接等論述,針對(duì)工程結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),結(jié)合抗震規(guī)范要求,提出大跨度部分采用受力更好自重更小的雙向鋼桁架、支座采用傳力更直接的耳板連接、外斜鋼柱下插底部的混凝土巨柱等若干適當(dāng)技術(shù)措施,使主體結(jié)構(gòu)具有較好的承載力和變形能力,找出結(jié)構(gòu)潛在薄弱環(huán)節(jié),降低現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工難度。

Structural design and analysis for the Han Emperor Dynasty Sacrifice Hall

Abstract: The Han Emperor Dynasty Sacrifice Hall is a Han cultural building worshipped by the ancestors. It is a squarebucket-shaped building with a large upper and small lower base. The square bucket-shaped building is composed of inclined walls around and circular components at the top. According to the modeling characteristics of the cultural building, the structural scheme adopted the hybrid structural system of the lower platform concrete frame-shear wall structure + the upper inclined steel column-the two-way space steel truss, and adopted various structural calculation procedures to calculate and analyze it in the design. 3D3S and MIDAS Gen softwares were used to calculate the upper inclined steel column and bidirectional spatial steel truss. PKPM software was used to calculate the lower platform concrete frame-shear wall structure. MIDAS Gen software was used to analyze the hybrid structure of the lower platform concrete frame-shear wall structure + the upper inclined steel column-the two-way space steel truss. Von Mises software was used to analyze the stress of the key nodes. Based on the discussion of the comparison of structural schemes, structural calculation, and connection between concrete and steel structure, and in view of the characteristics of engineering structures, combined with the requirements of seismic code, some appropriate technical measures were proposed, such as the use of two-way space steel truss with better stress and smaller self-weight in the large-span part, the use of ear plate connection with more direct force transmission in the support, and the insertion of concrete mega column at the bottom of the outer inclined steel column, so as to make the main structure have better bearing capacity and deformation capacity, identify the potential weak links of thestructure, and reduce the difficulty of field construction.
