灃西文化中心劇場結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與關(guān)鍵問題研究

摘要: 灃西文化中心劇場位于垃圾土填埋區(qū),結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼筋混凝土框架+大跨鋼結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)架屋蓋組合體系。 主體結(jié)構(gòu)及工藝設(shè)備承載力和變形需求較高,使用 SDDC 素土樁進行處理并配合鉆孔灌注樁進行設(shè)計。 為研究下部主體結(jié)構(gòu)與上部 72m×72m 大跨網(wǎng)架屋蓋的整體協(xié)同工作性能,采用 YJK-A 軟件建立整體模型進行小震彈性與大震彈塑性時程分析,選取合理彈性球型支座參數(shù)保證下部主體結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠。 利用 3D3S 軟件對網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)進行分析及優(yōu)化設(shè)計,為保證網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)獨立建模設(shè)計的安全性,使用 MIDAS Gen 軟件對整體模型進行計算及分析驗證。 研究結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計合理,各項指標滿足相應(yīng)規(guī)范要求。

Research on structural design and key problems of Fengxi Cultural Center theater

Abstract: The structure of Fengxi Cultural Center theater located in the waste soil landfill area adopts the combined system of reinforced concrete frame structure and long-span steel structure grid roof. The main structure and process equipment have high bearing capacity and deformation requirements. SDDC plain soil piles were used for treatment and designed in cooperation with bored cast-in-place pile. In order to study the overall cooperative performance of the lower main structure and the upper 72m× 72m long-span steel structure grid roof, YJK-A software was used to establish the overall model for small earthquakes elastic and large earthquakes elastic-plastic time history analysis, and reasonable elastic spherical bearing parameters were selected to ensure the safety and reliability of the lower main structure. 3D3S software was used to analyze and optimize the grid structure. In order to ensure the safety of independent modeling and design of grid structure, MIDAS Gen software was used to calculate, analyze and verify the overall model. The results show that the overall design of the structure is reasonable, and all indexes meet the requirements of the corresponding specifications.
