長安樂歌劇院———不規(guī)則混合結構設計

摘要: 長安樂歌劇院為空間曲面造型,整體結構平面呈橢圓形,結構形式復雜。 主體結構采用鋼框架-鋼筋混凝土剪力墻混合結構。 結構平面在 3 層以上四周均懸挑,用懸挑鋼桁架實現(xiàn)結構平面逐層懸挑并將其作為幕墻鋼結構的主要受力構件。 主體結構存在較多不規(guī)則:結構主功能區(qū)空曠,樓板大開洞,樓層標高復雜造成樓板不連續(xù);剪力墻及懸挑鋼桁架偏向后舞臺布置,造成主體結構剛度分布不均勻;臺口轉換桁架及懸挑鋼桁架造成豎向受力構件不連續(xù),層剛度及承載力突變;鋼框架先于混凝土剪力墻施工等。 針對結構特點,通過風洞試驗獲得了主體結構風荷載響應,同時對結構采取了相應的加強措施:加厚樓板并加強配筋,剪力墻開洞弱化后舞臺一側結構剛度,加強懸挑鋼桁架環(huán)向樓層鋼梁軸向剛度,剪力墻均勻布置鋼管混凝土柱等。 采用基于性能化的設計方法,對不同結構構件分別制定了性能目標,計算分析結果表明,結構能夠實現(xiàn)預期設計目標。

Design of irregular mixed structure———Chang’ an Yue Opera House

Abstract: Chang’ an Yue Opera House is shaped as a space curved surface, the plane of the overall structure is elliptical, and the structural form is complex. The main structure adopts a hybrid structure of steel frame-reinforced concrete shear wall. All sides of the structural plane are cantilevered above the third floor. The cantilevered steel truss is used to realize the layer by layer cantilevered structure plane, and is used as the main stress component of the curtain-wall steel structure. There are many irregularities in the main structure: the main functional area of the structure is empty, the floor is greatly opened, and the floor elevation is complex, resulting in the discontinuity of the floor; shear walls and cantilevered steel trusses are inclined to the rear stage layout, resulting in uneven stiffness distribution of the main structure; the transition truss at the proscenium arch and the cantilevered steel truss cause the discontinuity of vertical load-bearing components and the sudden change of floor stiffness and bearing capacity; steel frame construction precedes concrete shear wall construction. According to the structural characteristics, the wind load response of the main structure was obtained through the wind tunnel test. At the same time, the corresponding strengthening measures were taken for the structure: thickening the floor slab and strengthening the reinforcement, weakening the structural stiffness on one side of the rear stage after the opening of the shear wall, strengthening the axial stiffness of the steel beam in the circumferential floor of the cantilevered steel truss, and uniformly arranging the concrete-filled steel tubular columns in the shear wall. The performance-based design method was adopted to formulate performance objectives for different structural components. The results of calculation and analysis show that the structure can achieve the expected design goal.
