摘要: 中國大運(yùn)河博物館是國家級(jí)特大型綜合類博物館,由博物館、大運(yùn)塔和今月橋三部分組成。 基于博物館建筑功能需求,其局部存在柱網(wǎng)跨度大、層高大、樓層懸挑大、錯(cuò)層多、局部梁抬柱轉(zhuǎn)換等特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致博物館結(jié)構(gòu)存在多項(xiàng)不規(guī)則;對(duì)于大運(yùn)塔,其為塔形建筑,建筑體型逐層收進(jìn),且高寬比接近規(guī)范限值,結(jié)構(gòu)主體存在平面尺度小、樓層層高大,檐口出挑深遠(yuǎn)且構(gòu)造復(fù)雜等設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn);今月橋造型獨(dú)特,為空間曲面結(jié)構(gòu)。 結(jié)合項(xiàng)目所處的自然環(huán)境、建筑特點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)使用年限、裝配式技術(shù)應(yīng)用等因素,分析了各單體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的難點(diǎn)和要點(diǎn)。 通過結(jié)構(gòu)選型優(yōu)化、關(guān)鍵部位構(gòu)造處理、整體結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析等,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了整體建筑預(yù)期效果。 結(jié)果表明本項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)安全適用、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、方便施工。

Structural design of China Grand Canal Museum

Abstract:China Grand Canal Museum is a national super large comprehensive museum, which is composed of Museum, Dayun Tower and Jinyue Bridge. Based on the functional requirements of the museum building, the Museum has the characteristics of large column grid span, high floor, large floor overhang, many staggered floors, local beam lifting and column conversion, so the Museum structure has many irregular items. For Dayun Tower, it is a tower building and shrinking structure, which the height width ratio is close to the specification limit. The main structure of Dayun Tower has the following design difficulties: the plane size of the building is small, the floor is tall, the cornice is overhanging and the structure is complex. Jinyue Bridge is unique shape and is a space curved structure. Combined with the natural environment, architectural feature, the service life of design, the application of fabricated technology and other factors, the difficulties and key points of the structural design of the project were analyzed. Through structural selection optimization, key structural refinement, and the calculation and analysis of the overall structure, the expected effects of overall building have been well realized. The results show that the structural design is safe and applicable, the technology is advanced, and the construction is convenient.
