摘要: 西安咸陽國際機場東航站樓屋蓋、支承系統(tǒng)及登機橋采用鋼結構,東航站樓屋蓋鋼結構分為主樓及 6 條指廊區(qū)域。 主樓屋蓋為重檐三疊造型,總長 521m,設置 4 道豎向采光天窗以及中央水平采光天窗,結構采用 Y 形柱及斜柱支承的網架結構,Y 形柱采用八邊形實腹式截面;指廊屋蓋采用折型鋼架結構,登機橋為鋼桁架結構。 豎向及水平天窗的存在會對屋蓋結構產生不利影響,對其進行分析并設置了加強桁架使力流能夠有效傳遞并提高屋蓋結構的整體性。 對屋蓋進行了極限承載力分析、多維多點時程分析、防連續(xù)倒塌分析,并對造型復雜的 Y 形柱和復雜節(jié)點進行了有限元分析。 分析結果表明,屋蓋結構體系合理,傳力明確,節(jié)點及構件安全可靠。

Steel structural design of east terminal building of Xi’ an Xianyang International Airport

Abstract: Steel structures are used for roof structure and its supporting system and the boarding bridge of east terminal building of Xi’ an Xianyang International Airport. The roof steel structure of east terminal building is divided into the main building and six corridor areas. The roof of the main building is in the shape of double eaves and three layers, with a total length of 521m. There are four vertical skylights and a central horizontal skylight. The structure adopts a grid structure supported by Y-shaped columns and inclined columns. The Y-shaped columns adopt an octagonal solid abdominal section; the corridor roof adopts a folded steel frame structure. The boarding bridge is a steel truss structure. The existence of vertical and horizontal skylights adversely affected the roof structure, so it was analyzed and reinforced trusses were set up so that the force flow could be effectively transmitted and the integrity of the roof structure could be improved. The ultimate bearing capacity analysis, multi-dimensional and multi-point time-history analysis, and anti-progressive collapse analysis were carried out on the roof, and the finite element analysis was carried out for the complex Y-shaped columns and complexnodes. The analysis results show that the roof structural system is reasonable, the force transmission is clear, and the nodes and components are safe and reliable.
