摘要: 框筒結(jié)構(gòu)具有造型美觀、實(shí)用靈活、受力合理以及整體性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),在超高層建筑中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用. 首先介紹了框筒結(jié)構(gòu)的起源與發(fā)展;然后結(jié)合其受力特點(diǎn)介紹了其特有的“密柱深梁”的結(jié)構(gòu)形式;最后通過對實(shí)際典型框筒結(jié)構(gòu)案例受力特點(diǎn)的分析,論述了框筒結(jié)構(gòu)在當(dāng)前超高層建筑中的回歸與演繹. 結(jié)果表明:為滿足建筑采光及通透性的建筑效果,采用開洞率較大的密柱框架,與核心筒組成“密柱框架+核心筒”結(jié)構(gòu)體系,形成雙重抗側(cè)力體系,在增加結(jié)構(gòu)適用高度的同時,也可以呈現(xiàn)良好的建筑視野效果. 同時,為了追求室內(nèi)無柱的效果,將密柱框架中的框架梁與框架柱內(nèi)平,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑與結(jié)構(gòu)的完美統(tǒng)一.

The return and new interpretation of dense column frame?tube structure

Abstract: The frame?tube structure has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, practical flexibility, reasonable stressand strong integrity, it has been widely used in super high?rise buildings. Firstly, the origin and development of the frame?tube structure was introduced. Then, its unique " dense column and deep beam" structural form was introduced incombination with its force characteristics. Finally, through the analysis of the force characteristics of the actual typical caseof frame?tube structure, the return and interpretation of the frame?tube structure in the current super high?rise buildingswere summarized. The results show that in order to meet the architectural effect of building lighting and permeability, adense column frame with a large opening rate is usually used to form a " dense column frame?core tube" structural systemwith the core tube, forming a dual lateral force resistance system, which increases the applicable height of the structure, atthe same time, it can also present a good architectural vision effect. In order to pursue the effect of no column in theinterior, to align the frame beam with the inner side of the frame column can achieve the perfect unity of architecture andstructure, which can realize the perfect unity of the building and the structure.
