摘要: 新開(kāi)發(fā)銀行總部大樓塔樓采用鋼管混凝土柱框架?核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 外框大柱采用鋼管混凝土柱并沿平面 6 個(gè)角點(diǎn)均勻布置;外框大梁采用鋼桁架,分別在 8、14、20、26 層設(shè)置形成環(huán)帶桁架,與外框大柱共同組成了巨型外框;核心筒平面為六邊形并在 6 個(gè)角部設(shè)置了鋼骨. 塔樓以國(guó)內(nèi)、外結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和銀行、健康材料、室內(nèi)環(huán)境等行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),以建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)高融合度為設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和理念,最終形成了巨型框架?核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 通過(guò)采用結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)手段,以及同時(shí)考慮防連續(xù)倒塌的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析、大跨樓蓋人行振動(dòng)舒適度分析等專項(xiàng)分析方法,研究和驗(yàn)證了巨型框架受力特點(diǎn)下該結(jié)構(gòu)體系在本項(xiàng)目中的適用性及合理性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了金磚銀行塔樓的高設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高融合度、優(yōu)異結(jié)構(gòu)性能的預(yù)定目標(biāo).

Structural design of New Development Bank Headquarters tower

Abstract: New Development Bank Headquarters tower adopts concrete?filled steel tubular column frame?core tube structuresystem. The outer frame columns were made of concrete?filled steel tubular columns and were evenly arranged along the 6corners of the plane; the outer frame beams were made of steel trusses, which are set on the 8th, 14th, 20th, and 26thfloors to form ring?belt trusses , which together with the outer frame columns form a giant outer frame. The plane of the coretube is hexagonal and steel frames were arranged at 6 corners. The tower is designed based on domestic and foreignstructural design standards and industry standards such as bank, health materials and indoor environment, and takes thehigh integration of architecture and structure as the design goal and concept, forming a giant frame?core tube structuresystem. Through the use of structural seismic performance?based design methods, as well as special analysis methods suchas finite element analysis of key joints considering continuous collapse prevention design & seismic performance?baseddesign, and pedestrian vibration comfort analysis, it is studied and verified that the structural system under the stresscharacteristics of the giant frame is suitable for this structure. The applicability and rationality of the project have achievedthe predetermined goals of high design standards, high integration, and excellent structural performance for the BRICSBank tower.
