礦坑生態(tài)修復(fù)利用項(xiàng)目長(zhǎng)沙冰雪世界結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 對(duì)礦坑進(jìn)行生態(tài)修復(fù)利用的長(zhǎng)沙冰雪世界工程,原為水泥采石場(chǎng),主要建筑功能為室內(nèi)滑雪場(chǎng)和屋頂露天水樂園,由于建造難度大,被稱為“不可能完成的項(xiàng)目”之一. 工程具有基礎(chǔ)條件復(fù)雜、結(jié)構(gòu)形式特殊、樓蓋跨度大且荷載大、施工和地質(zhì)條件限制多等特點(diǎn),采用支承于坑底與坑壁的巨型結(jié)構(gòu)形式. 介紹了這一特殊項(xiàng)目的主體結(jié)構(gòu)與坑底及坑壁關(guān)系、超大跨預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁設(shè)計(jì)、重荷載鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、受地質(zhì)條件影響的動(dòng)態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)整等若干關(guān)鍵問題及設(shè)計(jì)措施. 通過多種結(jié)構(gòu)方案比選、大跨度混凝土與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)應(yīng)用、設(shè)計(jì)與施工緊密結(jié)合,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了從坑底懸浮雪樂園和屋頂水樂園結(jié)構(gòu)的建筑設(shè)計(jì)意圖.

Structural design of Changsha Ice and Snow World ecological restoration and utilization of mine

Abstract: Changsha Ice and Snow World is the project for ecological restoration and utilization of the mine which wasoriginally a cement quarry. Its main building functions are the indoor ski resort and the rooftop open?air water park. Due tothe huge difficulty of construction, it was called one of the " impossible projects" . The project has the characteristics ofcomplex basic conditions, special structural form, large floor span and large load and many restrictions on construction andgeological conditions. The form of mega structure supported on the bottom and the wall of the pit were adopted. Several keyissues and design measures of this special project was introduced, such as the relationship between the main structure andthe bottom and wall of the pit, the design of super?large?span prestressed concrete beams, the structural design of heavy?load steel roof, and the dynamic design adjustments affected by geological conditions. Through the comparison of variousstructural schemes, the application of long?span concrete and steel structure technology, and the close combination ofdesign and construction, the design intention of floating structure over the pit is realized integratly.
