上海張江雙子塔結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計關(guān)鍵問題?

摘要: 上海張江雙子塔是由兩棟高度及立面相同的超高層塔樓組成,結(jié)構(gòu)高度為 298m,采用框架?核心筒?環(huán)帶桁架的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為超 B 級高度超限高層結(jié)構(gòu). 雙子塔的主要結(jié)構(gòu)特點是為匹配幕墻立面,外框直柱和斜柱相結(jié)合形成交匯及分叉的復雜節(jié)點;此外,雙塔均設(shè)置了兩道環(huán)帶桁架作為加強層,高區(qū)核心筒均有斜墻單側(cè)收進. 重點介紹外框斜柱承擔剪力比、核心筒斜墻性能化設(shè)計、交匯及分叉柱的復雜節(jié)點設(shè)計、黏彈性阻尼器減震方案的可行性等關(guān)鍵問題. 采用 YJK、ETABS 和 SAUSAGE 等軟件進行整體彈性及動力彈塑性分析,并進行抗震性能化設(shè)計,對關(guān)鍵及薄弱構(gòu)件采取針對性加強措施. 選取其中一棟塔樓計算結(jié)果為例,結(jié)果表明:塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)選型及布置合理,具有良好的抗風和抗震性能.

Key issues in structural design of Shanghai Zhangjiang twin towers

Abstract: Shanghai Zhangjiang twin towers are composed of two super high?rise towers with the same height and elevation.The 298m?structural?height twin towers are super class B high?rise structures, and the frame?tube?belt truss structuralsystems are adopted. The main structural characteristics of the twin towers are that in order to match the building facade,the straight columns and inclined columns of outer frame are combined to form complex nodes of intersection andbifurcation. Additionally, two belt trusses are designed as the strengthening layers for each tower, and step?back of inclinedwalls are set at one side in the high area of each tower. The key problems were focuses on such as the shear ratio of outerframe inclined columns, the performance?based design of inclined walls, the complex joint design of intersection andbifurcation columns, and the energy?dissipating scheme of viscoelastic damper. The softwares of YJK, ETABS andSAUSAGE were used for overall elastic and dynamic elastic?plastic analysis, and targeted strengthening measures weretaken for key and weak components by seismic performance?based design. Taking one tower of twin towers as an example,the results show that the scheme and layout of the structures are reasonable, and the structures have good wind resistanceand seismic performance.
