上海黃浦路 106 號歷史保護建筑改造項目托換頂升隔震設計?

摘要: 黃浦路 106 號歷史保護建筑“紅樓”為三層磚木結構,根據(jù)周邊規(guī)劃要求,需整體提升 6m,底部增加一層.介紹了針對這些改造所采取的特殊應對措施及其設計方法,包括:采用樁基礎整體托換主動保護方案,解決建筑局部傾斜的問題;整體頂升為增層提供條件,增層下設置隔震層,減小原砌體結構各層層間剪力,使其小于頂升前后砌體結構各層層間剪力以及小于原有砌體結構各層水平抗剪能力,從而實現(xiàn)改造同時提升歷史保護建筑的整體受力和抗震性能的目標.

Underpinning lifting and isolation design of historical protection building reconstruction project atNo. 106 Huangpu Road in Shanghai

Abstract: The historical protection building in No. 106 Huangpu Road is a three-story brick-timber structure. According tothe surrounding planning requirements, it needs to be lifted 6m, with an additional layer at the bottom. The specialcountermeasures and design methods adopted for these modification was introduced, including the overall underpinningactive protecting the pile foundation scheme to solve the problem of local leaning of the building. The overall lifting providesconditions for adding floors. Isolation layer was added to the new floor, which reduces the shear force between each layer ofthe original masonry structure, making the interlayer shear force smaller than each layer of the masonry structure before andafter lifting, and less than each layer of the horizontal shear capacity of the original masonry structure so as to achieve thegoal of improving the overall force and seismic performance of the historical protection building at the same time.
