摘要: 上海徐涇車輛段上蓋高層結(jié)構(gòu)建于下部地鐵車輛段檢修庫(kù)之上,建筑功能為夾層車庫(kù)和高層住宅. 車輛段為大截面框架結(jié)構(gòu),上部住宅為剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),上、下部結(jié)構(gòu)之間設(shè)置隔震轉(zhuǎn)換層. 隔震轉(zhuǎn)換層從下至上依次為箱形轉(zhuǎn)換、隔震橡膠支座和轉(zhuǎn)換厚板. 隔震層以上結(jié)構(gòu)高寬比較大,采用大直徑支座布置降低支座拉應(yīng)力. 隔震層驗(yàn)算采用動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)從嚴(yán)控制. 構(gòu)件采用性能化設(shè)計(jì). 關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件隔震轉(zhuǎn)換層按罕遇地震設(shè)計(jì),普通構(gòu)件按設(shè)防烈度地震設(shè)計(jì)、罕遇地震復(fù)核. 箱形轉(zhuǎn)換設(shè)計(jì)考慮了支座偏心產(chǎn)生的附加彎矩. 彈塑性時(shí)程分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)滿足罕遇地震作用下變形要求. 層間隔震技術(shù)適合在車輛段上蓋項(xiàng)目中選用.

Inter-story seismic isolation design of upper high-rise structures aboveShanghai Xujing metro depot

Abstract: The upper high-rise structure of Shanghai Xujing metro depot is built on the maintenance warehouse of the lowersubway metro depot. The building functions are mezzanine garage and high-rise residence. The metro depot is a largesection frame structure, the upper residential building is a shear wall structure, and a seismic isolation conversion layer isset between the upper and lower structures. The seismic isolation conversion layer is box-shaped conversion, seismicisolation rubber bearing and conversion thick plate from bottom to top. The structure above the seismic isolation layer has alarge height-width ratio, and a large-diameter bearing arrangement is used to reduce the bearing tensile stress. Dynamictime-history analysis was used for the check calculation of the isolation layer, and various indicators were strictly controlled.The components were designed with performance. The seismic isolation conversion layer of key components was designedaccording to the rare earthquake, and the common components were designed according to the fortification intensityearthquake and reviewed for the rare earthquake. The box transition design takes into account the additional moment createdby the eccentricity of the support. The results of elastic-plastic time history analysis show that the structure meets thedeformation requirements under rare earthquakes. Floor isolation technology is suitable for selection in the metro depotsuperstructure project.
