摘要: 上海南京東路 179 號街坊成片保護改建工程原為 4 組共 7 棟建于 20 世紀(jì) 20 年代的建筑單體,通過改造既有建筑并加建 1 棟新建筑最終形成 4 棟新建筑,同時增設(shè)一個異形鋼結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)殼屋蓋將 4 棟新建筑相連. 對于建筑立面和結(jié)構(gòu)體系不得改變的三類優(yōu)秀歷史保護建筑,根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定結(jié)果,確立了經(jīng)濟合理的改造設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并采用增大截面、粘鋼等方式對原結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件進行加固. 對于保留歷史建筑,采取僅保留外墻、內(nèi)部拆除重建的方案;保留的外墻利用帶鋼筋網(wǎng)片的自密實混凝土內(nèi)襯墻進行加固,并通過特定的節(jié)點構(gòu)造與內(nèi)部新建結(jié)構(gòu)連接. 通過該節(jié)點,外墻在平面內(nèi)自承重,平面外依靠在新建結(jié)構(gòu)上. 針對 4 棟單體結(jié)構(gòu)動力特性差異較大的問題,提出了一種特殊的隔震支座,支座和主體結(jié)構(gòu)的整體分析表明,該隔震支座減小了主體結(jié)構(gòu)和柔性網(wǎng)殼在水平荷載作用下的相互影響,也滿足了屋蓋在風(fēng)載作用下的抗拉性能要求.

Structural design of integrated retrofit project of No. 179 block Nanjing East Road, Shanghai

Abstract: The integrated retrofit project of No. 179 block Nanjing East Road, Shanghai were 4 groups of 7 buildings builtin 1920s originally. Through retrofit of the existing buildings and increase of a new building, 4 new buildings were formed.The 4 new buildings were connected by adding an irregular steel shell roof. According to the structure detection results, theeconomic and reasonable renovation design criterion was established for the class Ⅲ outstanding historical preservedbuilding. The building elevation and structural systems cannot be changed, and the original structure members werestrengthened by increasing section and bonding steel plates. For the preservation of historical buildings, the plan wasadopted that the outside walls were retained and the inside structure was demolished and reconstructed. The reservedoutside walls were strengthened by the self-compacting concrete lining walls with reinforced mesh and connected to the newinternal structure by a particular node. The outside walls were self-bearing of the weight in the plane and attached to thenew structure out of the plane with the nodes. In view of the large differences in the dynamic characteristics of the 4structures, a particular isolation bearing was proposed. The holistic modeling analysis of the main structure with thebearings indicates that the interrelation of main structure and the flexible shell under lateral loads is reduced effectively,and the tension performance requirement of the steel roof under wind load is also satisfied by the proposed bearing.
