摘要: 武漢長(zhǎng)江中心大型商業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)地下室平面尺寸為 360m×220m,地上通過防震縫分為 A1、B1 地塊兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)單體,是武漢市首個(gè)在⑤1 粉細(xì)砂層采用天然地基筏板基礎(chǔ)+減沉樁+抗拔樁基礎(chǔ)形式的大型商業(yè)綜合體項(xiàng)目. 商業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)決定了柱底反力具有較大不均勻性,給基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)帶來(lái)了很大挑戰(zhàn). 論述了基于經(jīng)濟(jì)性及對(duì)商業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的適應(yīng)性進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)選型分析;研究了回彈再壓縮模量、基床系數(shù)、筏板厚度等關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的影響并剖析了原因;詳述了本工程基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)的參數(shù)取值和包括筏板厚度、沉降數(shù)值等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果;介紹了平板載荷試驗(yàn)等實(shí)測(cè)天然地基承載力特征值略低于詳勘報(bào)告建議值時(shí)局部地基處理方案;探討了⑤1 粉細(xì)砂層天然地基施工控制要點(diǎn),并明確了基礎(chǔ)長(zhǎng)期監(jiān)測(cè)措施.

Research on the foundation design of large-scale commercial structurein Wuhan Yangtze River Center

Abstract: The large-scale commercial structure basement of Wuhan Yangtze River Center has a plan size of 360m×220m.The ground is divided into two structural units, A1 and B1, through seismic joints. It is the first natural foundation raft inthe ⑤1fine silty sand stratum layer in Wuhan City. A large-scale commercial complex project in the form of naturalfoundation raft foundation + settlement reducing piles + uplift pile foundation. The characteristics of the commercialstructure determine that the reaction force at the bottom of the column has a large non-uniformity, which brings greatchallenges to the foundation design. The selection analysis of foundation design based on economy and adaptability tocommercial structure characteristics was discussed. The influence of key parameters such as resilience and recompressionmodulus, subgrade coefficient, raft thickness on foundation design were studied, and the reasons were analyzed. Theparameter values of the foundation design of this project and the foundation design results including the thickness of theraft, the settlement value, etc. were described. The local foundation treatment plan was introduced when the characteristicvalue of the bearing capacity of the measured natural foundation such as the plate load test was slightly lower than therecommended value in the detailed investigation report. The key points of construction control of natural foundation in ⑤1fine silty sand stratum layer were discussed, and the long-term monitoring measures for foundation were clarified.
