北京城市副中心圖書館結(jié)構分析與設計

摘要: 北京城市副中心圖書館項目由一個 173m× 173m 的“ 森林屋蓋” 和覆蓋在下方的兩座“ 山體” 組成,屋蓋和山體由 144 根不規(guī)則布置的異形截面鋼柱支承. 主體結(jié)構體系可分為屋蓋系統(tǒng)、山體結(jié)構和地下結(jié)構三部分. 介紹了本項目的地基基礎設計及各部分結(jié)構體系與布置. 建筑外圍的通高玻璃幕墻設計為自承重體系,主體結(jié)構僅為其提供平面 外 支 承. 針 對 屋 蓋 系 統(tǒng) 整 體 抗 側(cè) 剛 度 偏 弱 的 問 題,在 部 分 鋼 柱 和 核 心 筒 間 設 置 屈 曲 約 束 支 撐(BRB) ,闡述了 BRB 的設計原則,分析了設置 BRB 支撐的鋼柱在小震和中震作用下的內(nèi)力. 結(jié)果表明,BRB 在提高屋蓋系統(tǒng)抗側(cè)剛度的同時,也可降低鋼柱在中、大震作用下的內(nèi)力. 結(jié)構整體扭轉(zhuǎn)效應顯著,設計中通過控制豎向構件的軸壓比和剪應力水平,并在平面中部扭矩較大的柱下采用了一種三向轉(zhuǎn)動鉸支座,確保了結(jié)構不發(fā)生扭轉(zhuǎn)破壞. 為確保屋面結(jié)構的整體性,從構件性能目標、屋面板和構件設計方法等方面對屋面結(jié)構進行了加強. 給出了異形鋼柱與屋面結(jié)構和樓面結(jié)構的連接節(jié)點構造,該節(jié)點構造既保證了結(jié)構的可靠連接,也滿足了建筑造型和機電功能的要求.

Structural analysis and design of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Library

Abstract: Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Library is composed of a 173m × 173m “ forest roof” and two “ hills”below. The roof and hills are supported by 144 irregular arranged steel columns with special section. The whole structurecan be divided into three parts as roof system, mountain structure and underground structure. The foundation design,structure system and structure arrangement of each part were introduced. The full-height glass curtain wall around thebuilding is designed as a self-supporting system, and the main structure only provides out-of-plane support for it. In view ofthe weak overall lateral stiffness of the roof system, buckling restraint bracings ( BRBs) were brought in to connect theconcrete cores and the adjacent steel columns. The design principle of the BRB was present, and inter force of the steelcolumns with the BRBs under frequent and middle earthquake was analyzed. Results indicate that the BRB can not onlyimprove the lateral stiffness of the roof system, but also reduce the inter force of the steel columns under the middle and rareearthquake. The overall torsional effect of the structure was obvious. The axial compression ratio and shear stress level ofthe vertical members were controlled in the design, and a three-way rotating hinge support was used under the column withlarge torque in the middle of the plane, which ensures that the structure does not suffer from torsional damage. In order tokeep the wholeness of the roof, the roof structure is strengthened in terms of component performance goals, design methodsof roof panels and components. The structure of the connection joints between the steel columns with special section andstructure of the roof and the floors were given. The structure of the connection joints not only ensures the structuralreliability, but also meets the requirements of the architectural appearance and the electromechanical function.
