昆明春之眼商業(yè)中心主樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計?

摘要: 昆明春之眼商業(yè)中心主樓建筑高度 407m,為抗震設(shè)防烈度 8 度區(qū)建筑高度超 400m 的超高層建筑之一,主樓采用巨型支撐框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 主要介紹了主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系、黏滯阻尼布置、消能減震設(shè)計、地基基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計等;采用了屈曲約束支撐 BRB、柱間黏滯阻尼器及懸臂黏滯阻尼等措施進(jìn)行消能減震設(shè)計,采用彈塑性時程分析驗證了消能減震措施的有效性. 同時對不同施工順序進(jìn)行了模擬分析. 結(jié)果表明,不同的施工順序?qū)Σ煌悇e構(gòu)件的均有一定影響. 設(shè)計中需對施工順序予以重視. 在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計中則著重關(guān)注了基巖起伏對塔樓不均勻沉降的影響,采取增補(bǔ)抗壓樁和后注漿增強(qiáng)的形式對基巖埋深較深的區(qū)域進(jìn)行加強(qiáng),保證其沉降滿足規(guī)范要求.

Structural design of main building of Kunming Eye of Spring Commercial Center

Abstract: The architectural height of the main building of Kunming Eye of Spring Commercial Center is 407m. It is one ofthe super high-rise buildings with a building height of more than 400m in 8-degree seismic fortification intensity region. Themain building adopts structural system of mega braced frame-reinforced concrete core. The key points and overall structuralindex of the structural design of the main tower were introduced, including structural system scheme, viscous dampinglayout, energy dissipation and damping design, foundation design, etc. The seismic energy dissipation design and shockabsorption was carried out by adopting measures such as buckling restraint bracing BRB, inter-column viscous damper andoutrigger viscous damping. Elasto-plastic analysis was carried out to verify the efficiency of energy dissipation measures. Atthe same time, different construction sequence was simulated and analyzed. The results show that different constructionsequences have a certain impact on different types of structural members. Attention should be paid to the constructionsequence in structural design. In the foundation design, the impact of bedrock undulation on the uneven settlement of thetower was paid attention to. The areas with deeper bedrock buried depth were strengthened by supplementary compressionpiles and post-grouting reinforcement to ensure that the settlement meets the specification requirements.
