摘要: 吳江綠地中心超高層項目塔樓建筑高度為 358m,核心筒從 33 層酒店中庭開始起分為獨立的兩個部分,結(jié)構(gòu)體系創(chuàng)新獨特,給結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計帶來新的挑戰(zhàn). 對該超高層塔樓的主要結(jié)構(gòu)特點進行了詳細闡述,介紹了其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的主要過程以及相關(guān)抗震設(shè)計方法,重點關(guān)注了抗震設(shè)計過程中的概念設(shè)計,解決了加強層設(shè)計、交叉支撐設(shè)計以及塔冠結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等重點問題. 分析結(jié)果表明,該超高層塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)可滿足預定的抗震性能目標,各項結(jié)構(gòu)分析指標均能滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范要求,加強層及交叉支撐等特殊構(gòu)件受力合理,具有一定的安全儲備.

Structural design of the super high-rise tower of Wujiang Greenland Center

Abstract: The tower building height of Wujiang Greenland Center super high-rise project is 358m. The core tube is dividedinto two independent parts starting from the 33rd-floor hotel atrium. The structural system is innovative and unique, whichbrings new challenges to the structural design. The main structural characteristics of the super high-rise tower wereexpounded in detail, the main process of its structural design and the related seismic design methods were introduced, andthe conceptual design in the seismic design process was focused on, and the key problems such as the reinforcement layerdesign, cross bracing design and tower crown structure design were solved. The analysis results show that the super highrise tower structure can meet the predetermined seismic performance targets, all the structural analysis indicators can meetthe requirements of the current code, and the special components such as reinforcement layers and cross bracing arereasonably stressed and have a certain safety reserve.
