摘要: 天津高銀 117 大廈塔樓建筑高度 597m,塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)體系復(fù)雜且豎向荷載大,基礎(chǔ)底板埋深約 25 m,場地以黏性土、粉土為主,中間夾有多層厚度變化較大的砂層,采用超長鉆孔灌注樁,樁端埋深約 102 m,以⑩5 粉砂層為樁端持力層. 基于塔樓基礎(chǔ)底板施工完成至結(jié)構(gòu)封頂后 4. 5 年的基礎(chǔ)沉降實測數(shù)據(jù),分析了塔樓基礎(chǔ)沉降發(fā)展特性、沉降分布特征、底板沉降彎曲變形及彎矩值的發(fā)展與分布,探討了塔樓基礎(chǔ)沉降與施工進(jìn)度、上部結(jié)構(gòu)層數(shù)的關(guān)系,以及上部結(jié)構(gòu)剛度、荷載及群樁剛度對基礎(chǔ)沉降的影響機(jī)制. 實測基礎(chǔ)最大沉降、基礎(chǔ)傾斜、相鄰柱( 墻) 基的差異沉降皆小于規(guī)范控制值,底板彎矩也小于設(shè)計取值,表明深基礎(chǔ)處于安全狀態(tài). 天津高銀 117 大廈塔樓基礎(chǔ)沉降實測成果為天津地區(qū)類似工程安全施工積累了寶貴經(jīng)驗,也為國內(nèi)軟土地區(qū) 600 m 級超高層建筑基礎(chǔ)工程設(shè)計提供了參考.

Monitoring and analysis of the foundation settlement of tower of Tianjin Goldin 117 Building

Abstract: The building height of tower of Tianjin Goldin 117 building is 597m. The structure system of the tower iscomplex and its vertical load is large. The buried depth of the foundation is about 25m. The site is mainly composed ofcohesive soils and silty soils. There are sand layers with large thickness changes in the middle. The super-long bored pilesare used. The buried depth of the pile end is about 102 m. The ⑩5silty sand layer is the bearing layer of the pile end. Thefield monitoring data of the foundation settlement of the tower from the completion of the bottom plate construction to thestructural capping for 4. 5 years were monitored. The settlement development characteristics and settlement distributioncharacteristics, settlement bending deformation and bending moment of the foundation plate were analyzed. The relationshipbetween the tower foundation settlement and the construction progress and the number of superstructure floors, as well asthe influence mechanism of superstructure stiffness, load and pile group stiffness on foundation settlement were discussed.The maximum foundation settlement field monitoring, the foundation inclination and the differential settlement of adjacentcolumn (wall) foundation are less than the standard control value, and the back calculated bending moment of the bottomplate is also less than the design value of bending moment, indicating that the deep foundation of the super high-risebuilding is in a safe state. The measured results of foundation settlement of tower of Tianjin Goldin 117 building haveaccumulated valuable experience for the safe construction of similar projects in Tianjin, and also provided reference data forthe design practice of foundation engineering of 600m-level super high-rise buildings in soft soil areas in China.
