摘要: 深圳恒大中心塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度達 393. 9m,采用帶加強層的巨柱框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒的結(jié)構(gòu)形式. 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的主要特點包括:地基基礎(chǔ)穿越碎裂帶且場地北側(cè)臨近地鐵,利用各區(qū)避難層或設(shè)備層設(shè)置環(huán)帶桁架兼作轉(zhuǎn)換桁架,僅在塔樓中部設(shè)置一道伸臂桁架,鋼管混凝土巨柱隨建筑體型不斷內(nèi)收并在中低區(qū)形成斜柱,以及核心筒偏心布置且在中區(qū)和高區(qū)向北側(cè)逐步收進,形成南側(cè)大跨度樓蓋. 通過采用 YJK 和 ETABS 軟件對整體結(jié)構(gòu)進行了多遇地震及風荷載下的彈性分析,采用 ABAQUS 軟件進行了罕遇地震下動力彈塑性時程分析,并針對結(jié)構(gòu)特點進行專項分析,對關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件及重要部位采取加強措施. 結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標均滿足設(shè)計規(guī)范要求,設(shè)定的性能目標均能達到,該結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計安全可靠并具有較好的經(jīng)濟性.

Super high-rise structural design on Shenzhen Evergrande Center

Abstract: Shenzhen Evergrande Center Tower has a structure height of 393. 9m and adopts the structural form of a mega columnframe with reinforced stories-reinforced concrete core tube. The main features of the structural design include: the foundationspass through the fracture zone and the north side of the site is adjacent to the subway. The ring-belt trusses are set up on therefuge or equipment floors in each district as conversion trusses, and only one outrigger truss is set in the middle of the tower.The position of the concrete-filled steel tube (CFT) mega columns are continuously retracted with the building shape and formingthe inclined columns in the middle and low areas; the core tube is eccentrically arranged and gradually retracted to the north inthe middle and high areas, forming large-span floors on the south side. By using YJK and ETABS software, the elastic analysisof the overall structure under frequent earthquakes and wind loads were carried out, and the dynamic elastic-plastic time historyanalysis under rare earthquakes was completed with ABAQUS software. Besides, the special analyses according to the structuralcharacteristics were implemented. And the strengthening measures for the critical structural components and the importantlocations were conducted. The results show that all indexes met the code requirements, and the performance targets can beachieved. The structure design is safe, reliable and has good economic efficiency.
