摘要: 為了提高檢測(cè)設(shè)備安裝的效率,分析了基樁承載力檢測(cè)中鋼筋連接的特點(diǎn),提出了錨具?螺栓鋼筋連接方法,并將其與焊接連接方法進(jìn)行了技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較. 對(duì) 5 個(gè)錨具?螺栓鋼筋連接件進(jìn)行了拉伸試驗(yàn)研究,主要考察了錨具、螺栓和擋板三者之間的約束關(guān)系對(duì)連接件承載力的影響. 結(jié)果表明:與焊接連接方法相比,錨具?螺栓鋼筋連接方法具有安裝便捷、成本低廉和可循環(huán)使用等優(yōu)勢(shì),在基樁承載力檢測(cè)中,具有替代焊接連接方法的潛力;錨具?螺栓鋼筋連接件主要破壞類型為螺栓拉斷和鋼筋拉斷,螺栓孔距錨具越近,鋼筋連接效果越好;當(dāng)擋板與錨具、螺栓采用剛性連接時(shí),螺栓抗拉強(qiáng)度得到充分利用;屈服位移在 20 ~ 30mm 之間,滿足基樁承載力檢測(cè)對(duì)鋼筋連接的要求;屈服荷載可以作為錨具?螺栓鋼筋連接件承載力設(shè)計(jì)值的指標(biāo). 最后根據(jù)錨具?螺栓鋼筋連接件破壞特征建立了其設(shè)計(jì)方法.

Experimental study and design method for anchorage?bolt splicing of steel bars

Abstract:In order to improve the installation efficiency of the testing equipment, the characteristics of steel bar splicing inthe bearing capacity testing of foundation piles were analyzed, and the anchorage?bolt splicing method of steel bars was putforward, which was compared with welding connection method in technical economy. The tensile test study of 5 anchorage?bolt steel bar connectors was carried out, and the influence of the restraint relation among anchorages, bolts and orificeplate on the bearing capacity of the connectors was mainly investigated. The results show that compared with the weldingconnection method, the anchorage?bolt splicing method of steel bars has the advantages of convenient installation, low costand recyclability, so it has the potential to replace the welding connection method in the foundation piles testing. The mainfailure types of anchorage?bolt connectors are bolt pull cut and steel bar pull cut. The closer the bolt hole is to theanchorage, the better connection effect of the steel bar is. When the orifice plate is rigidly connected with the anchor andthe bolt, the tensile strength of the bolt is fully utilized. The yield displacement is between 20mm and 30mm, which meetsthe requirements for the connection of steel bars in the bearing capacity testing of the foundation pile. The yield load can beused as an indicator of the design value of the bearing capacity of the anchorage?bolt steel bar connectors. Finally, thedesign method is established according to the failure characteristics of the anchorage?bolt steel bar connectors.
