摘要: 針對高壓旋噴錨桿在使用過程中存在的注漿體強(qiáng)度低、預(yù)應(yīng)力損失快等問題,結(jié)合杭州市蕭山區(qū)某軟土地層基坑工程,對高壓旋噴錨桿的施工工藝進(jìn)行了改進(jìn). 在施工過程中通過設(shè)置換漿通道,可有效提高注漿體的抗壓強(qiáng)度,降低較高承載力高壓旋噴錨桿的施工難度. 針對高壓旋噴錨桿在軟土地層中很難具有較高、較穩(wěn)定承載力的情況,對高壓旋噴錨桿進(jìn)行基本試驗(yàn)、蠕變試驗(yàn). 通過試驗(yàn)結(jié)果分析,給出了錨桿在軟土地區(qū)承載力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的確定原則,并通過錨桿軸力監(jiān)測結(jié)果對該原則進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證.

Experimental study of high?pressure rotary jet anchor in foundation pit in soft soil area

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low strength of grouting body and fast pre?stress loss during the use of high?pressurerotary jet anchor, combined with a foundation pit project in a soft soil stratum in Xiaoshan district, Hangzhou City, theconstruction technology of high?pressure rotary jet anchor was improved. By setting the slurry exchange channel during theconstruction process, the compressive strength of the grouting body can be effectively improved, and the constructiondifficulty of high?pressure rotary jet anchor with higher bearing capacity can be reduced. In view of the fact that it is difficultfor high?pressure rotary jet anchor to have high and stable bearing capacity in soft soil, the basic test and creep test of thehigh?pressure rotary jet anchor were carried out. Through the analysis of the test results, the determination principle of thebearing capacity standard value of anchor in the soft soil area was given, and the principle was verified by the monitoringresults of the axial force of anchor.
