花紋型鋼混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)粘結(jié)滑移推出試驗(yàn)及粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度研究?

摘要: 為改善型鋼與混凝土之間的粘結(jié)性能和協(xié)同工作能力,將花紋鋼板引入型鋼混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)中,利用花紋鋼板的凸起花紋來提高接觸面的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度. 制作了 10 個(gè)花紋工字型鋼混凝土試件和 1 個(gè)普通型鋼混凝土試件進(jìn)行推出試驗(yàn),研究花紋高度、花紋鋼板設(shè)置位置和橫向配箍率三個(gè)因素對(duì)粘結(jié)滑移性能的影響. 對(duì)試件的破壞過程、破壞機(jī)理以及加載端荷載?滑移曲線、型鋼應(yīng)變沿其錨固長度的分布曲線進(jìn)行了分析,回歸擬合出各特征粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的計(jì)算公式. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,將花紋鋼板引入型鋼混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中,可顯著提高型鋼與混凝土接觸面的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)試件的極限粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度和殘余粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度隨花紋高度和配箍率的增大而增大;花紋鋼板設(shè)置在型鋼不同位置時(shí),對(duì)粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的貢獻(xiàn)不同,其中設(shè)置在型鋼外翼緣對(duì)粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的提高最為有利,設(shè)置在型鋼內(nèi)翼緣次之,設(shè)置在型鋼腹板最小;建立的特征粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度計(jì)算公式能夠較好地預(yù)測(cè)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果.

Bond?slip push?out test and bond strength study of checkered steelreinforced concrete composite structure

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of bond and cooperation between shape steel and concrete, checkered steelplate is introduced into steel reinforced concrete composite structure. The bond strength of the interface can be improved byusing raised figure of the checkered steel plate. Ten I?shape checkered steel reinforced concrete specimens and one commonsteel reinforced concrete specimen were made for push?out tests, and the influence of three factors such as height ofcheckered pattern, the position of checkered steel plate and the transverse stirrup ratio on the bond?slip performance wasstudied. The failure process, failure mechanism, load?slip curves at the loaded end, the curves of shape steel strain alongsteel embedded length were analyzed, and computational formulas of characteristic bond strength were deduced by statisticalregression method. The test results show that the interface bond strength between checkered steel and concrete have beensignificantly improved by introducing the checkered steel plate into the steel reinforced concrete structure, at the sametime, the ultimate bond strength and residual bond strength of specimens increase with the increase of the height ofcheckered pattern and the transverse stirrup ratio. The bond strength is different when the checkered steel plate is on thedifferent places of the shape steel, the checkered steel plate was set on the outside flange of shape steel is most beneficial tothe bond strength, the inside flange of shape steel is the second and the web of shape steel is minimal; the establishedcomputational formulas of characteristic bond strength can better predict the test results.
