中歐抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范關(guān)于地震作用計算參數(shù)的比較與換算?

摘要: 首先介紹了歐洲抗震設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Design of structures for earthquake resistance(簡稱歐標(biāo))和中國《建筑抗震設(shè)計規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010)(2016 年版)(簡稱中規(guī))的抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)與實現(xiàn)方法,并進(jìn)行了簡單對比,分析了抗震設(shè)防目標(biāo)與地震超越概率的關(guān)系. 然后基于設(shè)計基準(zhǔn)期和地震事件發(fā)生概率模型,建立了不同超越概率條件下中規(guī)和歐標(biāo)地震動峰值加速度間的相互轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系式,系統(tǒng)地分析了反應(yīng)譜主要影響因素及參數(shù)的取值方法和相互聯(lián)系,此外通過工程算例對比分析了中規(guī)和歐標(biāo)在相同外部地震環(huán)境下樓層水平地震作用計算結(jié)果的差異. 結(jié)果表明:中規(guī)和歐標(biāo)反應(yīng)譜理論本質(zhì)上相同,形式相似,但地震動參數(shù)取值方法和依據(jù)存在差異;在相同外部地震環(huán)境下,依據(jù)歐標(biāo)獲得的樓層水平地震作用大于基于中規(guī)獲得的計算結(jié)果,但二者差值百分比分布穩(wěn)定,具有較好的規(guī)律性和可比性.

Comparison and conversion among calculation parameters of earthquake actionsbetween Chinese and European seismic design codes

Abstract: Firstly, the seismic fortification target and realization method of the European seismic design standard Design ofstructures for earthquake resistance (for short European standard)and the Chinese Code for seismic design of buildings(GB50011—2010 ) ( 2016 edition )(for short Chinese code)were introduced, and a simple comparison was made, and therelationship between the seismic fortification target and the exceeding probability of earthquake was analyzed. Then, basedon the design reference period and the occurrence probability model of seismic events, the inter?conversion relationsbetween the peak acceleration of seismic ground motion of the Chinese code and European standard under differentexceeding probability were established,and the main influencing factors of the reaction spectrum and the value method andcorrelation of the parameters were systematically analyzed. The difference of the calculation results of the story horizontalearthquake action of the Chinese code and European standard in the same external earthquake environment was analyzedand compared by a engineering example. The results show that the response spectrum theory of Chinese code and Europeanstandard have the same essence and similarity form, but method and basis of selecting ground motion parameter aredifference. In the same external earthquake environment, the story horizontal earthquake action according to Europeanstandard is greater than the calculated results based on Chinese code, but the percentage of differences between calculationresults is stable, with good regularity and comparability.
