摘要: 我國規(guī)范中對既有建筑中存在的砌體與鋼筋混凝土框架平面混合結構的抗震驗算及加固方法未詳細規(guī)定. 對此類結構在水平地震作用下的受力機理以及水平剪力分配計算方法進行了分析,此類結構在水平地震作用下水平剪力主要由磚墻承擔,磚墻與框架不能同時達到承載能力極限狀態(tài),不能有效協(xié)同工作,總體抗震性能較差. 在抗震驗算時,對于磚墻應考慮其承擔全部水平地震剪力,而對于框架應按磚墻嚴重開裂后的有效剛度進行剪力分配. 結果表明,通過設置一定數(shù)量的鋼筋混凝土剪力墻將其加固為磚墻?混凝土墻組合結構具有良好的效果,砌體承擔的水平剪力明顯下降,結構具有多道抗震防線,抗倒塌能力得以大幅提高,但應控制鋼筋混凝土墻高寬比在合理的范圍內,并設置可靠的基礎以保證由墻肢受彎承載力起控制作用.

Abstract: The seismic checking and reinforcement methods of planar mixed structure by masonry and reinforced concreteframe in existing buildings are not specified in China’s code. The force mechanism and the calculation method of horizontalshear force distribution of this kind of structure under horizontal earthquake action were analyzed. The horizontal shear forceof this kind of structure under horizontal earthquake action is mainly borne by the brick wall. The brick wall and the framecannot reach the ultimate state of bearing capacity at the same time, and cannot work together effectively, and the overallseismic performance is poor. In the seismic checking, the brick wall should be considered to bear all the horizontal seismicshear force, and the frame should be distributed according to the effective stiffness of the brick wall after serious cracking.The results show that by setting a certain number of reinforced concrete shear walls, the structure would be reinforced to bebrick and concrete wall composite structure, which has good effect. The level of the masonry bear shear decreasesobviously, the structure has a multichannel seismic lines, and collapse resistance can be greatly increased. But the height?width ratio of reinforced concrete wall should be controlled in a reasonable range, and a reliable foundation is set to ensurethat the bending capacity of the wall limb plays a controlling role.
