裝配式混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 為解決裝配式混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)鋼筋擁塞的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了兩種梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)構(gòu)造,一種為核心區(qū)與左右兩梁一體預(yù)制,下柱伸出鋼筋穿過(guò)其中預(yù)留孔道與上柱連接;一種為核心區(qū)與下柱一體預(yù)制,兩段預(yù)制梁與其后澆連接,分別制作了兩個(gè)足尺模型試件進(jìn)行低周反復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),考察兩個(gè)試件的破壞形態(tài)、承載力、延性性能、剛度退化、耗能能力等. 試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:核心區(qū)與梁一體預(yù)制的節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能可以等同于現(xiàn)澆節(jié)點(diǎn);使用矩形截面預(yù)制梁對(duì)梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能的影響接近或優(yōu)于凹口截面預(yù)制梁;核心區(qū)與下柱一體預(yù)制的節(jié)點(diǎn),節(jié)點(diǎn)伸出的梁底縱筋采用大直徑鋼筋,可提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的承載力和剛度,同時(shí)其延性和耗能能力降低,這種構(gòu)造未能實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)連接.

Experimental study on seismic performance of beam?column joints of fabricated concrete frame structure

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of steel congestion in the core area of the beam?column joint of the fabricatedconcrete frame structure, two beam?column joint were designed. One is that the core area and the left and right beams areprefabricated as a whole, and the protruding reinforcement of the lower column is connected with the upper columnthrough the reserved channel. The other is that the core area and the lower column are prefabricated as a whole, and thetwo precast beams are connected with the post pouring. Two full?scale model specimens were made for low cyclic loadingtest to investigate the failure mode, bearing capacity, ductility propertie, stiffness degradation and energy dissipationcapacity of two specimens. The test results show that the seismic performance of the joint whose core area and the beamare prefabricated as a whole can be equivalent to that of the cast?in?place joint. The influence of precast beam withrectangular section on the seismic performance of beam?column joints is close to or better than that of precast beam withnotched section. For the joint whose core area and the lower column are prefabricated as a whole, the protrudingreinforcement at the bottom of the beam is large?diameter reinforcement, which can improve the bearing capacity andstiffness of the joint, and at the same time reduce its ductility and energy dissipation capacity. This configuration fails toachieve strong connections.
