摘要: 為探析國家游泳中心雙奧場館裝配式轉(zhuǎn)換冰場冰面的受力機(jī)理,利用 ABAQUS 軟件建立冰面的模型,分析各類荷載作用下的應(yīng)力狀態(tài)和分布模式,證明了彎曲破壞為裝配式冰場冰面的主要破壞形式,破壞荷載主要來源于大噸位澆冰車的輪壓等集中荷載作用. 基于彈性地基上的薄板理論和混凝土路面彎曲應(yīng)力的相關(guān)計(jì)算方法,提出冰場人工冰面最大彎曲拉應(yīng)力的計(jì)算公式. 通過改變冰面和擠塑板的相關(guān)參數(shù),進(jìn)行精細(xì)有限元分析,驗(yàn)證了冰面最大彎曲應(yīng)力計(jì)算方法的準(zhǔn)確性. 所得成果為確定冰場人工冰的力學(xué)性能指標(biāo)和進(jìn)一步研究冰層破壞機(jī)理奠定了基礎(chǔ).

Force model and bending stress calculation method of artificial ice surface in ice rink ofNational Aquatics Center

Abstract: In order to analyze the force mechanism of the ice surface of the prefabricated conversion ice rink in the NationalAquatics Center double olympic stadium, the ice surface model was established by ABAQUS software. The stress state anddistribution pattern under various loads were analyzed, and it was proved that the bending failure is the main failure form ofthe prefabricated ice surface in the field, and the failure load mainly comes from the concentrated load such as the wheelpressure of the large?tonnage ice pouring truck. Based on the thin plate theory on elastic foundation and the relatedcalculation method of the bending stress of concrete pavement, the calculation formula of the maximum bending tensilestress of artificial ice surface in ice rink was proposed. By changing the relevant parameters of the ice surface and theextruded plastic plate, a fine finite element analysis was carried out, and the accuracy of the calculation method of themaximum bending stress of the ice surface was verified. The obtained results lay a foundation for determining the mechanicalproperties of artificial ice in ice rinks and further studying the ice damage mechanism.
