某多道弱剛性連接的高位收進(jìn)連體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要: 某寫字樓公寓項(xiàng)目為兩棟功能相同塔樓對(duì)稱布置的高 187. 2m 的連體建筑,連接體為分別位于第 10、19、28層的單層連廊,跨度為 39. 5m,項(xiàng)目具有連體剛度弱、豎向間距大等特點(diǎn). 從連接形式、連體結(jié)構(gòu)體系、整體結(jié)構(gòu)及連接體抗震性能、連接節(jié)點(diǎn)受力、舒適度、溫度應(yīng)力等方面進(jìn)行分析,得到以下結(jié)論:經(jīng)比選本項(xiàng)目采用剛性連接能夠更好地滿足建筑功能及建筑立面要求,連體結(jié)構(gòu)采用帶水平支撐的 X 向主鋼梁+鋼筋桁架樓承板體系;剛度較弱的連接體對(duì)塔樓動(dòng)力特性影響小;弱連接體與塔樓剛接可減小連接體構(gòu)件內(nèi)力,可減小截面尺寸,減小施工難度;各連體層溫度應(yīng)力變化基本一致,樓板設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)疊加溫度應(yīng)力.

Design of a high?income connecting structure with multi?channel weak rigid connection

Abstract: An office building apartment project is a 187. 2m high connected building with two towers with the same functionarranged symmetrically. The connectors are single?layer corridors with a 39. 5m span, located on the 10th, 19th, and 28thfloors. It has the characteristics of weak connection stiffness and large vertical spacing. From the analysis of the connectionform, the system of the connected structure , the seismic performance of connector and the overall structure, the stress ofthe connecting node, the comfort level, the temperature stress, etc., the following conclusions show that: the rigidconnection in this project can better meet the requirements of the building function and building façade, the connectedstructure adopts the X?direction main steel beam with horizontal support + steel truss floor deck system. Connector withweak stiffness has little influence on the dynamic characteristics of the tower. The rigid connection between the weakconnector and the tower can reduce the internal force of the connector component, which can reduce the section size andreduce the construction difficulty. The temperature stress change of each connected layer is basically the same, and theinternal force of temperature stress should be superimposed on the floor design.
