摘要: 地鐵上蓋建筑下部結(jié)構(gòu)為了滿足工藝要求一般采用框架結(jié)構(gòu),上部住宅為剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式不可避免地會(huì)造成上下層剛度的突變,蓋上大面積深厚覆土的巨大質(zhì)量將帶來(lái)強(qiáng)烈的地震反應(yīng),并且上部開(kāi)發(fā)一般晚于下部地鐵車輛段的實(shí)施,為了給后期上部開(kāi)發(fā)預(yù)留一定變化的余地,本工程地鐵車輛段上蓋采用底部框架+隔震層+剪力墻的結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 采用隔震技術(shù)的車輛段上蓋具有豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)、大底盤多塔、豎向收進(jìn)等多項(xiàng)不規(guī)則,為了保證結(jié)構(gòu)滿足各項(xiàng)性能要求,對(duì)上部結(jié)構(gòu)、隔震層、下部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)定不同的性能目標(biāo),并采用多種切分模型進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析;對(duì)隔震支座進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力、位移、抗整體偏心率、抗風(fēng)等驗(yàn)算;采用動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行專項(xiàng)分析,以確保結(jié)構(gòu)的安全,通過(guò)分析計(jì)算提出上蓋結(jié)構(gòu)隔震設(shè)計(jì)思路.

Seismic isolation design of a metro depot superstructure

Abstract: In order to meet the process requirements, the substructure of metro depot superstructure generally adopts framestructure while the upper dwelling is shear wall structure. The two structural forms inevitably lead to the abrupt change ofupper and lower layer stiffness, strong seismic response will be produced by the great mass of a large area of deep cover.Meanwhile, the construction of metro depot superstructure is later than that of substructure, in order to reserve a certainroom for changes in the later development of the superstructure, the metro depot superstructure of this project adopts thestructural system of bottom frame+isolation layer+shear wall. The metro depot superstructure with isolation technology hasseveral irregularities such as discontinuously vertical member, large chassis with multi?tower and vertical retraction. Toensure that the structure can meet the performance requirements, different performance goals were set to superstructure,isolation layer and substructure, and several sliced models were adopted for comparative analysis. The stress, displacement,anti?overall eccentricity of the steadies and wind resistance of isolation support were also checked. The dynamic elastic?plastic time history analysis was carried out for special analysis of the structure for the safety of structure. Through thoseanalysis and calculation, ideas of seismic isolation design of superstructure was proposed.
