摘要: 基于現(xiàn)代設(shè)計理念的中小學(xué)學(xué)校建筑設(shè)計越來越趨于平面布置教學(xué)功能綜合體化,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)體系錯綜復(fù)雜,合理地設(shè)置結(jié)構(gòu)防震縫至關(guān)重要. 通過若干學(xué)校工程實際案例,總結(jié)出了具有可實施性的設(shè)縫原則. 設(shè)縫后的部分結(jié)構(gòu)單元仍具有樓板連接薄弱、局部單方向單跨框架、結(jié)構(gòu)超長以及結(jié)構(gòu)類型特殊等不規(guī)則性問題. 根據(jù)相應(yīng)結(jié)構(gòu)單元的特點,采取進一步抗震加強措施. 對樓板薄弱部位按中震不屈服工況進行應(yīng)力分析并相應(yīng)加大板厚、加強配筋;對局部單跨框架采取抗震等級提高一級及性能化設(shè)計的措施;對超長單體設(shè)置后澆帶并進行溫度應(yīng)力分析;對特殊結(jié)構(gòu)類型采用通用有限元軟件進行分析設(shè)計. 結(jié)果表明,對平面布置不規(guī)則的學(xué)校建筑,以上抗震設(shè)計對策是可行的、有效的.

Anti?seismic design countermeasures of primary and secondary school buildingswith irregular plane layout

Abstract: The architectural design of primary and secondary schools based on modern design concepts is becoming moreand more integrated in the layout of teaching functions, resulting in intricate structural systems, and it is very important toset structural seismic joints reasonably. Through several actual cases of school engineering, the principle of practicable seamsetting was summarized. Some structural units after setting joints still have irregularities such as weak floor connection, localsingle?direction single?span frame, super?long structure and special structure type. According to the characteristics of thecorresponding structural units, further seismic strengthening measures shall be taken. Stress analysis was carried out on theweak parts of the floor slab according to the non?yield condition of the medium earthquake, and the slab thickness andreinforcement were strengthened accordingly; the seismic grade of the local single?span frame was improved by one leveland the measures of performance?based design were adopted; the post pour belt was set for the super?long single?span frameand temperature stress was analyzed; general finite element software was used to analyze and design special structural types.The results show that the above seismic design countermeasures are feasible and effective for school buildings with irregularplane layout.
