摘要: 近年來,框架?剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)作為一種雙重抗側(cè)力體系,得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用. 基于國內(nèi)對框架?剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)雙重抗側(cè)力體系的研究,總結(jié)了框架?剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)在框架傾覆力矩的計算、框架二道防線剪力調(diào)整及大震彈塑性性能等方面的成果,指出:“改進軸力法”及“統(tǒng)一解方法”可以較為準確地計算底部框架承擔(dān)的傾覆力矩;剛度特征值是影響框架層剪力分配的重要指標,框架層剪力調(diào)整時框架梁內(nèi)力可不做調(diào)整;現(xiàn)有的大震彈塑性方面的分析結(jié)果并不一致,需統(tǒng)一性能指標并加強試驗研究. 展望了該結(jié)構(gòu)體系有待進一步研究的問題,包括底部框架傾覆力矩的比例界限問題、框架層剪力的實用調(diào)整方法,以及新型單重抗側(cè)力體系的研究等.

Research progress and prospect of design method of frame?shear wall structurewith dual lateral force resisting system

Abstract: As a dual lateral force resisting system, frame?shear wall structure has been widely used in recent years. Basedon domestic researches on the dual lateral force resisting system of frame?shear wall structure, the achievements in thecalculation of overturning moment of frame, the shear adjustment of the frame for the second line of defense, and theelasto?plastic performance during severe earthquake of the frame?shear wall structure were summarized. It is pointed out thatthe “improved axial force method” and the “ unified solution method” can be used to calculate the overturning momentborne by the bottom frame more accurately. Also, the characteristic value of stiffness is an important index affecting theshear assigned to the frame of each floor, and the internal force of frame beam can not be adjusted during the shearadjustment of frame layer. In addition, existing elasto?plastic analysis results of severe earthquake are not consistent, and itis necessary to unify the performance index and carry out more experimental research. Problems that need to be furtherstudied are discussed, including the proportion limit of overturning moment borne by the bottom frame, the practicaladjustment method of the shear assigned to the frame of each floor, and the novel single lateral force resisting system, etc.
