某坡地建筑地下室疏水降壓減浮設(shè)計(jì)分析

摘要: 以蘇州某坡地建筑地下室為工程背景,結(jié)合山腳下高差較大的場地條件,采用了階梯式地下室建筑方案.以場地土層為微透水層的條件,采用主動(dòng)的疏水降壓減浮的設(shè)計(jì)方案. 經(jīng)過對(duì)地下室基坑滲流量及雨水下滲量的計(jì)算分析,結(jié)合合理的疏水盲溝布置及可靠的后期運(yùn)行管理,探討了該方案的技術(shù)可行性. 介紹了疏水降壓減浮設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)用時(shí)對(duì)建筑、設(shè)備、基坑支護(hù)、景觀、海綿城市等多專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)提出的相關(guān)要求,以及盲溝及地下室肥槽回填施工、盲溝維護(hù)、應(yīng)急預(yù)案處理及物業(yè)管理等方面的一系列要求及保障措施. 結(jié)果表明,疏水降壓減浮設(shè)計(jì)方案長期有效,可以確保結(jié)構(gòu)安全.

Design and analysis of drainage depressurization and floatation reductionin the basement of a building on a slope

Abstract: Taking the basement of of a building on a slope in Suzhou as the engineering background, combined with the siteconditions with a large height difference at the foot of the mountain, a stepped basement building scheme was adopted.Under the condition that the soil layer of the site is a micro?permeable layer, the design scheme of active drainagedepressurization and floatation reduction was adopted. After the calculation and analysis of the seepage flow of thefoundation pit and the infiltration of rainwater, combined with the reasonable layout of the drainage blind ditch and thereliable later operation management, the technical feasibility of the scheme was discussed. When the design scheme ofdrainage depressurization and floatation reduction was used, the relevant requirements of this scheme for multi?professionaldesign such as buildings, equipment, foundation pit support, landscape, and sponge city were introduced. A series ofrequirements and safeguards for blind ditch and basement fertilizer tank backfill construction, blind ditch maintenance,emergency plan handling and property management were introduced. The results show that the design scheme of drainagedepressurization and floatation reduction is effective for a long time and can ensure the safety of the structure.
