摘要: 蘇州豐隆中心 T2 塔樓是平面及豎向均不規(guī)則的復(fù)雜高層建筑,采用框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系. 通過對主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行小震、大震作用下的計算分析及性能化設(shè)計,以及采用 ABAQUS 對轉(zhuǎn)換框架進(jìn)行有限元分析,重點介紹了轉(zhuǎn)換層等效剪切剛度比控制原則和措施. 分析結(jié)果表明,將轉(zhuǎn)換層上的設(shè)備轉(zhuǎn)換層做成二次結(jié)構(gòu),可以有效控制剪切剛度比. 對由主次轉(zhuǎn)換梁共同支承上部結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)雜轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)提出建議:應(yīng)加強(qiáng)轉(zhuǎn)換框架的箍筋、受扭鋼筋;當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)換層上部結(jié)構(gòu)層數(shù)較多、荷載較大時,轉(zhuǎn)換框架在大震作用下的抗剪應(yīng)考慮混凝土開裂后全部由箍筋和型鋼來承擔(dān).

Structural design of frame supported transfer story of T2 tower of Suzhou Hongleong Center

Abstract:T2 tower of Suzhou Hongleong Center is a complex high?rise building with irregular plane and vertical structure,adopting frame?supported shear wall structure system. Through the calculation analysis and performance design of the mainstructure under the action of small and large earthquakes, and the finite element analysis of the conversion frame byABAQUS, the control principle and measures of equivalent shear stiffness ratio of the conversion layer were introducedemphatically. The analysis results show that the shear stiffness ratio can be effectively controlled by making the equipmenttransfer layer above the transfer layer into a secondary structure. For the complex transfer structure supported by the primaryand secondary transfer beams, it is suggested that the stirrups and torsion bars of the transfer frame should be strengthened;when the transfer layer superstructure has more floors and loads, the shear strength of the transfer frame should be assumedby stirrups and section steel after the cracking of concrete.
