摘要: 蘇州中級(jí)法院審判業(yè)務(wù)大樓地上 7 層,底部裙房為方形平面且中庭開大洞,上部塔樓為偏置的 L 形平面,南側(cè)及東側(cè)底部存在 12 根跨 3 層的穿層柱,造成結(jié)構(gòu)平面及豎向均不規(guī)則,使結(jié)構(gòu)超限. 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)平面和豎向特點(diǎn),采取三個(gè)區(qū)域剪力墻筒布置的框架?剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,保證了一定抗扭剛度. 采用 SATWE 和 MIDASBuilding 軟件建立了兩個(gè)不同的模型進(jìn)行了多遇地震下的彈性反應(yīng)譜分析以及彈性時(shí)程分析,并將兩種方法的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比. 采用靜力推覆法 Pushover 進(jìn)行大震下結(jié)構(gòu)靜力彈塑性分析,還進(jìn)行了穿層柱地震剪力和屈曲穩(wěn)定分析. 結(jié)果表明各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)滿足規(guī)范要求,采取的措施可行、有效,此結(jié)構(gòu)方案具有較好的抗震承載能力.

Design and analysis of over?limit high?rise structure of the trial business building ofSuzhou Intermediate Court

Abstract: The trial business building of Suzhou Intermediate Court has 7 floors above ground. The podium at the bottom isa square plane with a large hole in the atrium. The upper tower is an offset L?shaped plane. There are 12 through?layercolumns spanning 3 floors on the bottom of the south side and the east side. Structural plane and vertical are irregular,making the structure overrun. The structural design adopts a frame?shear wall structure system with three?area shear walltube arrangement according to the plane and vertical characteristics to ensure a certain torsional rigidity. Using SATWE andMIDAS Building software, two different models were established to conduct elastic response spectrum analysis and elastictime history analysis under frequent earthquake, and the results of the two methods were compared. The static pushovermethod was used to carry out the static elastic?plastic analysis of the structure under large earthquake, and the seismic shearforce and buckling stability analysis of the through?layer column were also carried out. The results show that the indicatorsmeet the requirements of the specification, the measures taken are feasible and effective, and the structural scheme has agood seismic bearing capacity.
