摘要: 凱博易控產(chǎn)業(yè)園研發(fā)辦公樓為框架?剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),由 4 個塔樓連接組合而成. 各個塔樓的各樓層內(nèi)存在標高變化,不同樓層之間存在層間連接. 頂部 2 層采用大跨度空腹桁架作為懸挑梁支座. 通過對包括方案選擇、性能控制、計算分析在內(nèi)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計全過程的回顧,探討了多重復雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的原則和要點. 結(jié)果表明:在一定條件下,空腹桁架是兼顧結(jié)構(gòu)性能和建筑需求的較優(yōu)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式;對于存在層間連接、層內(nèi)高差的結(jié)構(gòu),層數(shù)、層高概念不同于常規(guī),必須準確理解總體指標的含義,方能把握好結(jié)構(gòu)總體性能;對于復雜結(jié)構(gòu),需對關(guān)鍵部位設(shè)定合適的抗震性能目標,全面考慮各種工況并應(yīng)用多種方法,在整體結(jié)構(gòu)、子結(jié)構(gòu)、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件、構(gòu)件節(jié)點等各個層次進行詳細的計算分析,方能保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和適用性.

Complex high?rise structural design of R&D office building in Kaibo Yikong Industrial Park

Abstract: The R&D office building in Kaibo Yikong Industrial Park is a frame?shearwall structure, which is composed of 4towers linked and combined. There are elevation changes in each layer of different tower, and interlayer connectionsbetween different layers. Large?span vierendeel trusses are applied as supports of cantilever beams in the top 2 layers. Byreviewing the whole process of structure design including scheme selection, performance control, calculation and analysis,the principles and key points of multi?complex high?rise structural design were discussed. The results shows that undercertain conditions, the vierendeel truss is a good structural form that takes into account the structural performance andbuilding needs. For the structure with interlayer connection and intralayer height difference, the concepts on the number oflayers and the height of the layer is different from the conventional one, so that the meaning of the overall index must beaccurately understood to grasp the overall performance of the structure. For complex structures, in order to ensure the safetyand applicability of the structure, it is necessary to set appropriate seismic performance targets for key parts,comprehensively consider various working conditions and apply a variety of methods for detailed calculation and analysis atvarious levels including overall structure, sub?structure, structural components, component nodes.
