摘要: 基于蘇州某高層項(xiàng)目的屋頂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)架的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,提出了懸臂三角形空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu)、優(yōu)化懸臂三角形空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu)和豎向空間網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)三種結(jié)構(gòu)方案. 采用有限元軟件 SAP2000 對三種結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行建模計算. 根據(jù)計算結(jié)果,討論不同方案中的結(jié)構(gòu)傳力路徑,對比了桿件應(yīng)力、結(jié)構(gòu)變形和動力特性等力學(xué)性能和用鋼量指標(biāo),最終選擇了優(yōu)化懸臂三角形空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu). 研究結(jié)果表明:在結(jié)構(gòu)布置合理的前提下,空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu)和空間網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)均具有良好的力學(xué)性能;優(yōu)化懸臂三角形空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu)通過減小柱跨、優(yōu)化截面、增設(shè)水平桁架和柱間支撐,能夠有效改善傳力路徑,加強(qiáng)構(gòu)件之間的連接效率,顯著提升結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能;在各指標(biāo)均滿足要求的前提下,構(gòu)件截面利用率更高,更為經(jīng)濟(jì).

Scheme design and discussion of high?rise roof steel structure frame

Abstract: Based on the structural analysis of the roof steel frame of a high?rise project in Suzhou, three structural schemeswere proposed, namely, the cantilevered triangular space truss structure, the optimized cantilevered triangular space trussstructure and the vertical space grid structure. The finite element software SAP2000 was used for modeling and calculationof three structures. According to the calculation results, the structural force transmission paths in different schemes werediscussed, and the mechanical properties such as the stress of the elements, structural deformation and dynamiccharacteristics, as well as the steel consumption indicators were compared. Finally, the optimized cantilevered triangularspace truss structure was selected. The research results show that under the premise of reasonable structural arrangement,both the space truss structure and the space grid structure have good mechanical properties. The optimized cantileveredtriangular space truss structure can effectively improve the force transmission path, strengthen the connection efficiencybetween elements, significantly improve the mechanical properties of the structure, by reducing the column span,optimizing the section, adding horizontal trusses and inter?column supports; and on the premise that all the indicators meetthe requirements, the utilization rate of the element section is higher and more economical.
