摘要: 蘇州新湖明珠城商業(yè)體天幕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)為樹狀柱支撐網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu),屋面網(wǎng)殼形狀為自由曲面,采用三角形網(wǎng)格.各分支構(gòu)件的極限屈曲荷載和樹狀支撐桿件的計算長度系數(shù)采用屈曲分析計算. 對樹狀柱構(gòu)件采用二階直接分析法進行復核,計算結(jié)果表明:與計算長度系數(shù)法對比,二階直接分析法所得相應構(gòu)件的應力比增大,網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)宜采用直接分析法設計. 針對結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性,進行了線性與非線性全過程整體屈曲分析,同時采用二階直接分析法考慮雙非線性進行對比,以此從多角度了解整體結(jié)構(gòu)屈曲失穩(wěn)的行為,保證結(jié)構(gòu)有足夠的安全儲備. 對部分失效分支進行抗連續(xù)倒塌分析,提出加強措施,以提高結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性能. 對關(guān)鍵節(jié)點進行優(yōu)化設計,并進行有限元分析,以提高節(jié)點連接的可靠性.

Design of Suzhou Xinhu Pearl City commercial skycurtain steel structure

Abstract: Suzhou Xinhu Pearl City commercial skycurtain steel structure is a tree?shape column supporting reticulted shellstructure. The shape of roof mesh shell is free?form surface and triangular mesh is adopted. The ultimate buckling load ofeach branch member and calculated length factor of tree?shape members were obtained by using the buckling analysis. Thesecond order direct analysis method was used to check the tree?shaped column members. The calculated results show thatthe stress ratio with second order direct analysis method of the corresponding members increases comparing with thecalculated length factor method, the second order direct analysis method should be used to design the reticulated shellstructure. In view of the overall stability of the structure, the whole process of linear and nonlinear global buckling analysiswere carried out, and the second order direct analysis method was adopted to consider the double nonlinear comparison, soas to understand the buckling behavior of the whole structure from multiple angles and ensure that the structure has enoughsafety reserve. The anti?continuous collapse analysis of partial branch failure was carried out, and the strengtheningmeasures were put forward to improve the safety performance of the structure. The key nodes were optimized and the finiteelement analysis was carried out to improve the reliability of node connection.
